No need really to make up for it either Rick. Just come back and go back to your regularly scheduled program, honestly don't make a conscious effort to clean back up. Let it do it gradually on it own and you may keep a little LBM from having your mini-vaca. If I know you, you have some Need2Slin you can take with you too.

Need2Slin has berberine in it doesn't it? I know it works well but never got a chance to run it.

@Mattrag - no banaba is good stuff for sure. Berberine is from plants like Barberry and Phellodendron. It is what was in Anabolic Pump, and Glycobol, and Yellow Gold is the bulk powder form. It has an action on the Glut4 reaction in the muscle pulling nutrients in but even better for cheat meals it also has the opposite effect on the Glut4 in fat. Making it harder to store fat and easier to store glycogen in the muscle. It causes some people stomach discomfort or diarrhea though so many companies shy away from using it. Personally I love the stuff.

Front and Rear Double Biceps shots full body, you can add in a Most Muscular if you want also. I probably will. Morry is getting the thread up today or tomorrow and will let us all know when it is done.

Hey sorry, I did Front Double Biceps, Most Muscular and Rear Double Biceps I think it covers all muscle groups. I know you all have already seen my pics in my log. I will be using that. Gonna have some Ben and Jerrys tonight then tomorrow it is competition mode. If Morry is not able to create the thread tomorrow I will put one up and he can come do his thing after. Everybody try to take the pics by tomorrow at the latest.

Well, I haven't updated in a bit, but I'm back from a nice 3 day vacation. Needless to say, I have some water to lose. I basically abandoned IF for the weekend and ate whatever the hell I wanted (which was a lot), drank some, and had zero exercise for 3 days. So this morning I wasn't surprised to be 170!!

I'm not changing much of anything this week. I know the water will come off on its own soon.

Well....after having 3 days without Ignite 2, I dosed it this morning and it gave a little extra boost than normal. I went to hit the gym and continued with my slight deload further from the week before. I dropped weight on everything and stayed around 12-15 reps with the exception of a couple heavy sets of flat bench.

The pumps I had today were insanely huge, and probably the best natty pumps I've ever had. This was a big part because of the huge carb up from the weekend, but I'm sure the Ignite 2 had a hand in there as well. I also looked bigger this morning than I ever have, because of the extra 5 lbs I was carrying. ABS were washed out quite a bit of course, but that is expected and they will be back ;)

Workout went great and i felt incredible and full of energy. I will continue the 12-15 rep range all week before going to full deload next week

Don't sweat sloppy pics guys all of ours are somewhat sloppy that is why we are doing the transformation contest. Sloppy or sloppy to us anyway is a great place to start from.
 
Rick sounds like that weekend was exactly what you needed. Way to go with allowing yourself to thoroughly enjoy your vacation, and not feeling an urgent need to rush to get the water back off. In about 2 days you should look amazing, still full of glycogen but no water. Will be a great day for pictures.

I will keep that in mind. If I can keep the fullness, but lose bloat I may do pictures. I plan on them at least by the weekend anyways

Lost a little bit of the water gained from the weekend, but not much. Weighed in at 168.5 this morning.

I continued with my slight deload at higher reps this week and everything was pretty much 12-15 reps all workout. Energy and pumps were just as insane today as they were yesterday. Vascularity was actually up more, probably because of less water in me. At any rate, I looked huge again and the Ignite is still doing its job to help me push through the workouts very well.

Yah I love the fact that ignite 2 has good long lasting effect. On Saturdays I like to take it before I leave for the gym to get a nice stim going on the 5K walk. I then do a full workout my abs and sometimes an hour of cardio an still feel good on the 5K walk home... :)
 
Liking what Ive read so far on the ignite, for those that have used it how is it to dose every day? I'm no stim junkie, but I do have 1-2 cups coffee everyday, maybe the ignite instead of coffee? Also, for the finaflex peeps, any hint of it being taken off the market due to the DMAA ruling?
