If this is intended for me the avi pic was about a week and a half ago.... Sorry if it was for Rick instead but we all know he is probably in better shape now then the avi if the past repeats itself...So are you in the same shape now as in your avi? I am not for sure. I was crazy lean then for my show.

Front and Rear Double Biceps shots full body, you can add in a Most Muscular if you want also. I probably will. Morry is getting the thread up today or tomorrow and will let us all know when it is done.

Well, I haven't updated in a bit, but I'm back from a nice 3 day vacation. Needless to say, I have some water to lose. I basically abandoned IF for the weekend and ate whatever the hell I wanted (which was a lot), drank some, and had zero exercise for 3 days. So this morning I wasn't surprised to be 170!!
I'm not changing much of anything this week. I know the water will come off on its own soon.
Well....after having 3 days without Ignite 2, I dosed it this morning and it gave a little extra boost than normal. I went to hit the gym and continued with my slight deload further from the week before. I dropped weight on everything and stayed around 12-15 reps with the exception of a couple heavy sets of flat bench.
The pumps I had today were insanely huge, and probably the best natty pumps I've ever had. This was a big part because of the huge carb up from the weekend, but I'm sure the Ignite 2 had a hand in there as well. I also looked bigger this morning than I ever have, because of the extra 5 lbs I was carrying. ABS were washed out quite a bit of course, but that is expected and they will be back
Workout went great and i felt incredible and full of energy. I will continue the 12-15 rep range all week before going to full deload next week
