REPS NEEDED: Molecular Nutrition!!

Sure thing!

feels that way when the big dogs rep someone other than you huh? lol. just gotta remember its not a popularity contest Hbs6 :D

right? :P

good point Drumma. i look at it this way , if I get it than I won if I didn't I lost. I look at life this way every time. if I get a beautiful women its because I did something right. if I stay injury free I did something right. (which I'm injured, I did something wrong) If I get a raise its because i did something right. if I keep my relationship with my friends I did something right. and its all my fault.

so if the result is poor..its my fault

if its just okay...its my fault

if the result is fantastic ..its my fault.

This is a great mindset to have and has you take responsibility for your life.

if I feel spectacular its my fault,,etc, etc, etc

Yeah I see what you mean. I just think it would be awesome to get to study and put it to use by being a rep though. Being able to help people using the products like that would rock. You stand for something and people come to you for info and aid, so you have to be on your toes. Keep up to date, read the logs of people using the products, note any bad mixes, good mixes, synergistic mixes, how doses effect people, etc.

I am studying to be a teacher and youth pastor, its an attractive thing to get to take knowledge and put it to use. And to combine my love for lifting and supps with it would rock.

Eh, who knows.

When are they going to choose though?

My brother and his friend saw it last week

so did a good friend of mine when it first came out

Crazy good movie, but there was a breaking point near the end where you kinda thought "This is the point where they should end it" it was longer than expected.

I think its a fizogen strap, and that has been his secret all along ;)
shhhhhhhh........don't give up my secret weapon E...

Name: James Baum
Age: 24
Height: 5'5''
Weight: 138-140 lbs
BF%: 4.6%

History
I have been lifting max-ot style for 3 years. I also have been doing martial arts for over 18 years (3rd degree black belt) and currently a instructor as well for the past 4 years at my studio. I work in a Doctors office (MD) creating nutritional support programs for patients and call patients in regard to blood work. I'm a black and white guy looking at only studies on actual products vs raw materials than coming to my final decision. I take opinions for what they are worth, but always come back to facts as my final decision.
I also read up on nutrition on my own time all the time.

Schedule
LIft 5-7 days a week max-ot style for 8 weeks 1 week off.
My diet is similar to:
Calories: 2500-5000 @ 40/45/15 carb/protein/fat
Water intake: 1 gallon

Carbs: Brown Rice, Oats
Protein: Whey isolation milk isolation soy isolation rice concentration,
Fat: Nuts, GLA

Supplementation I currently use
Pre-WO/Stimulants
Superpump 250/nanovapor BA type of product etc any kind of pre work out not to picky

Vitamins and minerals (time released) and extra Calcium/D3, as well as antioxidants with a orac value of over 5000.

Post-Workout
Work out Maximizer

Endurance
hydrator

*I have used 4 bottles of X-factor as a cycle last year.

Arachidonic-Acid Knowledge
AA (Arachidonic-Acid) contributes largely to inflammation of the muscles which plays a significant role in muscle protein synthesis. So what I have suggested to people is doing cycles of AA 8 weeks than Omega 3 8 weeks than back on to AA 8 weeks and cycle on and off. I found from feed back people have liked it a lot.

Training Knowledge

Past logs
In these last few months I have done a couple logs and feel confident to say that I am dependable, detailed, and accurate. You can do a search for them. Most are on here and few were on other forums as well.

Online Activities
I'm not a member of the BodyOfScience forum but will when I get chosen to be a rep. I will be as active on there as I am on here. Also you can see that I am on here more than 4 times a week....

I should be considered for this rep position which I would be more than happy for it to be with Molecular Nutrition; to be a part of the near future expansion of a company and a product. I have been reading all that I can and learning as much as possible.

that's a matter of personal choice on the hat. i just don't wear hats, usually. I mean i do once in a blue . If I get a MN hat I'd sport it at the gym.Last hat I got was two years ago at X-mas from a friend name Rob. it was a duck hunting hat and I wore it to the gym and the biggest black guy there starting sayign yeaaa boyyy whewww wwoooo, a few times, imitated a country boys voice, so what though. Rob is a bit of a country boy and has been good to me. Ill still wear it bc he gave it too me and he means something.

The TT ain't twin turbo, unless she has the 1.8/2.0 and added an extra one ;)

As far as I am concerned, the more homosexuals there are in this world the more rampant totty there is for me to enjoy

and it is twin turbo. 1st kicks in at 30 mph 2nd kicks in in 5th.
they're 1.8L...december she gettin them modded up to the 2.4L

Lol you sure about that? You realize 1.8 is the size of the engine....right? So to 'mod' it up to 2.4 she would probably have to replace the entire block? Either way, a turbo kicks in at a certain RPM not a certain speed in a certain gear. It would begin boosting in all gears.

its not my car so i cant be 100% what im talking about. shes having work done to her car in december. the engine is a 1.8L and shes changing it to a 2.4L.
and yes i realize how the turbos work but im also telling you that when you hit 30 mph the first one kicks in and when you hit like right at 85-90 the 2nd one kicks in.
was pretty sure that 1.8 - 2.4 was what she said she was changing the turbos to but i could be mistaken.

and i tried to sit here and think of what rpm it could be that it would be kicking in at but in 1st i get up to 3500 2nd i get up to 4500 3rd i get up to 6000 before changing again but im alrdy at 50+....im tellin ya it kicks in at a certain speed not rpm lol

was up for school @ 7. got out of school @ 2. gym @ 2:15. home by 4 worked from 5-1. bed time. 2:30(now)

Ask her what kind of turbos she put in and what size her upgraded intercooler is. Also ask her what size her upgraded injectors are.

which model audi. probably the lil two door coupe or convertible.
the way you described the ratio for the boost sounds more like variable valves.

anyways.... we need a rep to be picked!!!!

I dont wear caps at all. used to when i was your age. Proud of my hair
I have to cover my head because I am Jewish/religious. In Religion a head covering doesn't merely cover what is beneath it; it reminds you of what is above it. Hence the Kipah, which serves as a constant reminder of G-d's presence.

When a religious person prays he enters a greater state of G-d consciousness. Many who (for whatever reason) don't wear a Kipah all the time don one when they pray. And those who do wear a Kipah all day (in accordance with the law) don an additional head covering when they pray.

Incidentally, the High Priest, who was in a constant state of enhanced spirituality, wore two head coverings.1

Mysticism

The soul is comprised of five elements: Nefesh (Vitality), Ruach (Emotion), Neshama (Intellect), Chaya (Life), and Yechida (Unity). The first three elements function from within us (in our liver, heart, and brain respectively), the latter two from above us.

During prayer, when we tap into a higher level of spirituality, we wear two coverings above our head symbolizing the two loftier transcendent elements of the soul.2
