Its definitely a tough place to lose fat from. Always the last to go for me along with my lower back.

I seem to have this... Band of fat that goes from below the navel and all around the lower back. It's frustrating to say the least!!

Fat pockets the last to go the first to come back. You have to get extremely lean before that get to the point where they're hardly noticeable.
Going to up my dose of G8 tonight. Going for 3/4 scoop.
Shall report back in the AM.
Really enjoyin the buzz from PX black...such a quality product and g8 makes me feel great.
I'm on the mend and will get back to some light weights tomorrow along with my agility work.

smashed my PR for back squat. 22lb increase.
I have pics in my corresponding log for Max Pump for my legs after training.
Dosing:
Pre training: 1 cap PX Black at the moment (this is treating me nicely) warm, thermogenic, focused.
Pre lunch: 1 cap (45mins pre)- more time to let the yohimbine set in and get that alpha antagonism firing.
synergism is great...
get focused, sweaty, then......drink and fall asleep...loving this combo.
This could be up there for a stim/nootropic for studies... hmmmmm, interesting.
kcals: probably not enough today.
Brekky (post w/o): 200g steak, mixed veg, 1/2 oz almonds
snack (11am) - 1 oz nuts
lunch- 250 g chicken, mixed salad, 1 tbspn olive oil and 1 tbsp balsalmic vinegar, 1 oz nuts
Dinner (7:30pm)- started uni again tonight so threw it out: had::: 200g chicken and veggies with chilli, 150g chicken on skewer (plain chick breast)
Hmmm...still quiet hungry...what to do
Cooked and prepped all food til Saturday brekky.
Uni meals and work meals stored and weighed...

Trying to decrease floating Cort from too much caffiene...curbing intake.
