PX black is working well...my halfway summary pretty much says it all.

the PEA is just awesome...i'm very keen to see the end result...pics coming up asap!!!!

G8, well...that just makes me feel refreshed...its like a flat cordial but 0kcal...and the taste is awesome for me.

weight is stable and back to where it was...dropped some water after the heavier carb intake...had a bit of icecream last night in gold class movie watching Django Unchained...

IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN IT, GO AND DAMN WELL SEE IT...insanely good movie.

Its definitely a tough place to lose fat from. Always the last to go for me along with my lower back.

I need some help lol. I am that close to meth not really I work for Homeland Security lol love my family just getting upset with weight loss. I was doing so good as you know already i had lost 70lbs in the last 3 years and then in Jan it was like my m.etabolism slowed again

I seem to have this... Band of fat that goes from below the navel and all around the lower back. It's frustrating to say the least!!

Fat pockets the last to go the first to come back. You have to get extremely lean before that get to the point where they're hardly noticeable.

Yah sucks we all have tham and usuaully we make too much of them as we see tham clearer than most others. Some are lucky, I don't see any pockets on Steve but he is very close to a full Meso in my opinion. We all have issues though.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine whether hesperidin inhibits bone loss in ovariectomized mice (OVX), an animal model of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Forty 8-wk-old female ddY mice were assigned to five groups: a sham-operated group fed the control diet (AIN-93G), an OVX group fed the control diet, an OVX+HesA group fed the control diet containing 0.5 g/100 g hesperidin, and an OVX+HesB group fed the control diet containing 0.7 g/100 g alpha-glucosylhesperidin and an OVX+17beta-estradiol (E(2)) group fed the control diet and administered 0.03 micro g E(2)/d with a mini-osmotic pump. After 4 wk, the mice were killed and blood, femoral, uterine and liver were sampled immediately. Hesperidin administration did not affect the uterine weight. In OVX mice, the bone mineral density of the femur was lower than in the sham group (P < 0.05) and this bone loss was significantly prevented by dietary hesperidin or alpha-glucosylhesperidin. The Ca, P and Zn concentrations in the femur were significantly higher in the hesperidin-fed and E(2) groups than in the OVX group. Histomorphometric analyses showed that the trabecular bone volume and trabecular thickness in the femoral distal metaphysis were markedly decreased (P < 0.05) by OVX, and alpha-glucosylhesperidin significantly prevented this bone loss. Furthermore, hesperidin decreased the osteoclast number of the femoral metaphysis in OVX mice, as did E(2). Serum and hepatic lipids were lower in mice that consumed the hesperidin-containing diets (P < 0.05) than in the OVX group fed the control diet. These results suggest a possible role for citrus flavonoids in the prevention of lifestyle-related diseases because of their beneficial effects on bone and lipids.

This is very interesting...finaflex has done their homework. The synergistic approach of combining hesperidin, narangin and synephrine is top notch.

They all work in concert to boost fat oxidation over a longer period

I went up to 3/4 now I am back down to about 3/5 ... 3/4 was a tad too much.

Nice the sleep is ridiculous with this. Unfortunately I have accidentally slept through my workout alarm 3 times this week. Not good!

As an old fugger I don't need to use an alarm, I fall asleep early and wake up early in true old fugger fasion. I could use a fuggin nap right about now though...

smashed my PR for back squat. 22lb increase.

I have pics in my corresponding log for Max Pump for my legs after training.

Dosing:

Pre training: 1 cap PX Black at the moment (this is treating me nicely) warm, thermogenic, focused.
Pre lunch: 1 cap (45mins pre)- more time to let the yohimbine set in and get that alpha antagonism firing.

get focused, sweaty, then......drink and fall asleep...loving this combo.

This could be up there for a stim/nootropic for studies... hmmmmm, interesting.

kcals: probably not enough today.
Brekky (post w/o): 200g steak, mixed veg, 1/2 oz almonds
snack (11am) - 1 oz nuts
lunch- 250 g chicken, mixed salad, 1 tbspn olive oil and 1 tbsp balsalmic vinegar, 1 oz nuts
Dinner (7:30pm)- started uni again tonight so threw it out: had::: 200g chicken and veggies with chilli, 150g chicken on skewer (plain chick breast)

Hmmm...still quiet hungry...what to do
