Notes:
- Ummm, Can you say insane stamina yesterday
- biceps pump from this workout hurt like hell
- libido is through the roof right now
- currently up 3 pounds but would be more if i didn't have to fight the flu on the weekend
- body fat is stripping off amazingly well!

It is for these reasons I will be running Epistrong here in January. Great to hear the strength and body comp changes are working for you, I am hoping for exactly that myself.

Epistrong is a beast from everyone I have read that used it. Flex the Malicious Mass is one pill that has both of those in it so I can't bridge them. However now you have me thinking bridging options with my other compounds. LOL
I would love to hit up some Tren but money is limiting me to my current stash. I keep reading how everybody really loves Tren and it is driving me nuts! I even found a Tren with Bold in it and want to scoop it up and run it but that damn $70 is a beeyotch around Christmas. I have an Anniversary, Christmas and my wife's birthday this month...

Damn Kleen! That is a whole lot of money flying around I can see why you are holding off. At this point we should both be looking at running a test base for 12 weeks and then we aren't so concerned about shutdown or having PCT perfectly lined up on day 1 of a cycle. At least that is what I am thinking ;).

- Did i mention i'm having a increase in stamina? It was just bloody ridiculous yesterday!
- loving the changes my physique is making during this run and it's only day 10
- aggression in the gym has been unreal, every time i want to gas out i seem to get mad and just push through that barrier
- biceps pump is just agonizing and painful
- scale is the same today but when i look in the mirror i keep getting leaner and leaner while keeping the mass

Only 4 pounds but i'm not really worried about that due to the body fat coming off first. Plus battling the flu didn't help matters. Just wait til next week....

4 lbs in the first 10 days seems about right actually remember the gains are dry so 4 lbs on this is worth 6 on a wetter compound.

Squats 135x5 / 185x5 / 235x5 / 285x5 / 335x5 / 385x5 / 425x1 (Strength just fell right off but my squat strength is going up quickly)

Leg Press (Centuries) 90x10 / 180x20 / 270x30 / 360x40 / 270x30 / 180x20 / 90x10
( I went lower rep on the squats so i cranked the volume up on these and went up and then down....Thought i was going to puke!!!!)

One Leg Extensions 90x10 / 105x10

Seated Hamstring Curls 180x10 / 210x8 / 240x6 / 150x15

Notes:
- did calves seperately as this workout absolutely throttled me
- really started to notice in the last few days that this epi is kicking into high gear....LOOK OUT!!!
- legs were barely sore on sunday so clearly my recovery is definitley in full effect!
- i'm well rested and ready to kick some ass on back today!

- still running 30mgs and i'm going to stay that way for a full 30 days! The reason for this is that i'm getting the results i want without any sides so why do i need to up the dose?
- can't wait to bang some weights around on chest and biceps tomorrow! Insanity here i come!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks guys, i couldn't be happier with how today went down. On a weird note, one of training partners is having to stop his run due to brownish urine and kidney pain. Me and my other training partner are continuing on as we feel great and haven't had any side effects. Just ****ty luck i guess....

sides really show up though bloodwork whether its liver enzymes(ast and alt) and elevated, your total and free testosterone and so many more tests

are you getting blood work done after pct is done ?
