Deadlifts 135x10 / 225x10 / 315x10 / 385x10 (Wow!!! this improved alot!!!!)
Cable Pullovers 150x10 / 165x10 / 180x10 (Felt nice to go heavy on these instead of using them as a finishing exercise)
Two Arm Dumbbell Rows sup/ One Arm High Hammer Strength Rows
(Set 1) 80x10 & 90x10 (Set 2) 90x10 & 115x10 (Set 3) 100x8 & 140x10
Notes:
- Ummm, Can you say insane stamina yesterday
- biceps pump from this workout hurt like hell
- libido is through the roof right now
- currently up 3 pounds but would be more if i didn't have to fight the flu on the weekend
- body fat is stripping off amazingly well!
Epistrong is a beast from everyone I have read that used it. Flex the Malicious Mass is one pill that has both of those in it so I can't bridge them. However now you have me thinking bridging options with my other compounds. LOL
I would love to hit up some Tren but money is limiting me to my current stash. I keep reading how everybody really loves Tren and it is driving me nuts! I even found a Tren with Bold in it and want to scoop it up and run it but that damn $70 is a beeyotch around Christmas. I have an Anniversary, Christmas and my wife's birthday this month...
Only 4 pounds but i'm not really worried about that due to the body fat coming off first. Plus battling the flu didn't help matters. Just wait til next week....

Here's Thursday's shoulder and triceps workout.....
Barbell Military Presses 135x10 / 165x10 / 195x10 / 225x10
Dumbbell Laterals 40x8 / 45x8 / 50x8
High Rope Rear Laters 90x10 / 105x10 / 120x10
I then did a extended 5 drop dropset on a lateral machine. I don't remember the numbers but i started on the stack and worked my way down.
Barbell Shrugs 135x10 / 225x10 / 315x10 / 405x10
Close Grip Bench Presses 135x5 / 185x5 / 235x10 / 285x5 ( I need to stop doing these after shoulders as my shoulders are fried and i just can't handle more weight!)
Incline Skullcrushers sup/ One Arm Reverse Pressdowns (Set 1) 115x10 & 30x10
(Set 2) 115x10 & 400 (Set 3) 115x10 & 50x7
Notes:
- great workout!!!!!!
- as you can see the stamina is throught the roof and my strength is steadily climbing- pumps have been insane
- tweaked my back a bit on those shrugs so i took friday off and will be training legs today....Everything seems to be okay now!
