Punthra is stacking on the winter mass with Epi-strong

The guy doesn't look monstrous but strength wise he's on another level form most of us....Pure Freak!!!! Supplement free as well....Only food and protein powder!

You look almost identical to my training partner. He is a thick guy like you. We share a shower stall and scrub each others backs after our workout. We also share a protein shake with 2 straws.

Incline Hammer Strength Presses 180x10 / 270x10 / 360x6 (Just gassed out but man was my chest swolen!)

Cable Crossovers sup/ Dips (Set 1) 60x10 & BWx10 (Set 2) 70x10 & BWx10
(Set 3) 80x8 & BWx10 (The dips were done slow and deliberate to tear the crap out of my chest)

Hammer Curls 65x6 / 80x6 / 95x6

These workouts were INSANE, especially the leg workout....Can't wait to see the changes start happening in my legs and core. Really happy to finally have someone who challenges me everytime we step in the gym together.
Post cycle has been treating me awesome and my strength has not wained at all. I'll be wrapping this log up in a by sunday and will be posting an all out review of both my cycle and my PCT....Thanks everyone for following so far!

My legs just died this morning walking 5 k through the snow... HST and front squats have taken a toll but 55 k of walking and a lot of it on slippery snow takes it's price as well...

Same! I am going to go to a local farm and eat all of the chickens raw in the middle of the night.... feathers and all. I have to heal up before deadlifts on Monday.

275x6 (These were long paused reps to really fry the triceps)

Straight Bar Paused Skullcrushers 95x10 / 115x10 / 135x8 (WOW!!! Major improvement on these this week)

EPISTRONG

Strength: The strength gains came on slow and steady through out this cycle. A few PR's were made and my overall strength really shined throughout this run.

Aggression: Just wanted to attack the weights and felt like anything i picked up was moveable. I only found to have this aggression in the gym, which was great as Superdrol made me edgy and aggressive all the time.

Recomp: This is were this product shined the most! Abs came in, muscle seperation increased, and everything tightened up overall. This all continued in PCT as well due to a well chosen stack. I feel this would be a great product to lead into summer if your trying to get a beach body.

Side Effects: NONE!!!!! Enough said.....

Overall: I recommend this product to anyone who is trying to gain muscle, lean out, and crank up their strength. I've never used a product so effective that came with no sides at all. There's usually always a downfall somewhere. There wasn't with this! I'd like to thank NTBM for the chance to try a great product and i'd also like to thank AI Sports for their continued support! I idd feel some lethatgy not major though. For me the strong point was lean dry gains...
 
I never got any lethargy at all....Smooth sailing all the way through for me! I guess i got lucky.
 
That's what everyone else i know said....They said they'd trade a little lethargy for size and strength any day.
