Really??? It sucks a bit but my PCT stacks are usually top notch so it's not a huge down grade.

The time between PCT and your next gig is what im talkin about. I usually dont jump into something else right thereafter...I'll take time off from everything except my protein powders, bcaas, fish oils.

You guys jumpin right into new cycles right after?

My ankles are shyte because of Football, for ice I am using spikes you can them at the sports store they're for joggers but they work good for walking on ice as well.

can you do a deload week of leg extensions or hamstrings curls?

either way one week off isn't going to matter much at all
 
I'm not sure what i can get away with yet...But i may deload if i can, if not i'll just take the week off from legs.

Well, I'm still hobbling around but i'm going to try and train back today.
 
Get that ankle well Jason can you get one of those lace up ankle braces? They make all the difference in the world.
 
Got one!! Love it for when i screw myself up. Also i'll be training today as i took yesterday off as well.

No my joints felt fine on this run actually. As far as PCT goes, it's been stellar other than spraining my ankle. Libido is up and nuts are large and in charge. Training has been amazing with a few PR's being snapped.
 
2 weeks....Been busy with some family matters will post numbers later! Mom is heading to vancouver for radiation so i've been trying to spend as much time as possible with her before she leaves.

Double Pump Dumbbell Laterals 20x10 / 25x10 / 30x8 (These had my lateral heads popping!!!! What you do is do a full rep and then follow it with a half rep....Now that is one rep....Really left my shoulders aching)

Standing Cable Rear Laterals 40x10 / 50x10 / 60x6 (Strength just fell off!)

Banded Plate Raises 45x9 / 35x10 / 35x10

Narrow Grip Cable Upright Rows 150x10 / 180x10 / 210x7

Notes:
- this has been the PCT i've ever had in terms of strength and mass retention....Even with the injury! AI products are some of the best out there for this!!!
-libido is through the roof right now!
- will return to legs next week barring recovery from my ankle injury...going to train arms tomorrow then take the weekend to rest and heal

Testopro is a godsend, it kicks in quick and doesn't let go...

Also the strength gains for EPI will stick around of a while after 2-3 weeks for me.

I have a buddy who is similar. Weighs 205 and below and just puts up rediculous weight; when you look at him youd say no way..

You look almost identical to my training partner. He is a thick guy like you. We share a shower stall and scrub each others backs after our workout. We also share a protein shake with 2 straws.
