Bro I never thought you were exaggerating, believe me, I had seen Vids of Jordan & some of his lifts back when he was more of an avid member and I know you guys used to lift together and would always express your lifts as nothing short of impressive, not to mention you are a total beast in your Avatar. Holy crap so that is what that is called a reverse hack squat. I have that same maching and that is all I use for my squats. Lol I never new what to call it other than machine squats.

Yeah, I mean different people call different machines different things, personally that is not what I consider to be a true Hack-Squat machine, more of a squat machine, so I would have called it reverse facing squat machine or something of that nature, but lets not take away from the fact that he was lifting a ton of weight for quite a number or reps and quite easily if I might add, Good job Punthra!

Nice work Jason! Those front squats were very impressive, so were the weighted sit ups. I should say all of them were but those impressed me the most. You are a strong SOB!

Thanks for joining and all the kind comments. I have to take a break from the videos this weekend as my training partner will be out of town...Training will continue but i'll be going it alone for legs and chest. Vids will be back to normal come tuesday.

- shoulders and triceps are toast today....which made front squatting that much more challenging. Going to make sure there's a day in between next time so that my arms and shoulders are a little fresher.
- quads and hams are improving by leaps and bounds now that i can dedicate real time to them...meaning no football.

SICK lifts bro. Man you are the motivator. And reps for putting yourself out there! I will probably be posting a vid of our little reunion at the main state gym which I will be training at on saturday. Havn't been there since early July. definitely thanks to you though that i feel the need to post it up and show the work.
 
Yeah... if my wife keeps coming to the gym with me, she has a much smarter "smart-phone" than mine with better camera & video capabilities, so I might have to get her to take a vid of me doing a super-set of something, my weights aren't as impressive as Jason's (by choice) but I can rep with the best of them (nothing against heavy lifting, just with my past injuries and how far I've taken my body with lighter weight and higher reps, it is what works best for me)!
