Holy crap so that is what that is called a reverse hack squat. I have that same maching and that is all I use for my squats. Lol I never new what to call it other than machine squats.

Yeah... if my wife keeps coming to the gym with me, she has a much smarter "smart-phone" than mine with better camera & video capabilities, so I might have to get her to take a vid of me doing a super-set of something, my weights aren't as impressive as Jason's (by choice) but I can rep with the best of them (nothing against heavy lifting, just with my past injuries and how far I've taken my body with lighter weight and higher reps, it is what works best for me)!
