I dislike the T-bar: limited ROM, too great a capacity for cheating and you have to load so frigging much weight on to get any kind of a decent workout.

That's my DAWG!!! LOL I feel dumbbells are superior in almost all scenarios other than ego when it comes to building muscle. Obviously that is not counting the squat and deadlift. A one arm t bar row would probably be good too but if doing that why not do DB's. HMMM a big old 50 lbs chain around a 120 lb dumbbell sounds like a good way to increase resistance. Now at home I can load up my Oly DB's for rows and get downright heavy. My powerlifting buddy tells me man your ROM is insane it looks exaggerated. I told him he was used not using his full ROM to make his lifts more efficient, and a body builder try to make the lifts less efficient to work the muscle harder. I imagine somewhere in the middle is probably best for both power and muscle building. Which is why we are seeing more Power-Building type of workouts lately.
