Received my two tubs this morning! Just opened them, flavor smells wonderful. However, both of them are very clumpy and weird looking. The stuff isn't really scoopable like a normal powder. Is this normal?

If you've tried noxygen you'd see its the same. I believe its the hydramax thats such an odd consistency.

Shake the tub, it doesn't effect the product's efficacy at all.

Shake Tub, Store in Fridge or throw into a blender and put fresh powder back in tub

Can't really shake it at all. Should I just break it up with a knife or something? Would it be best to measure the serving on a scale since it won't really scoop?

I would try what the solution said. This is an issue that will be fixed for future runs, but in the mean time, I would try what the solution said.

belive me. the same thing happens to LOTS of pre-workotus especially when exposed to heat or moisture. and due to the product having a lot of Citrulline cluming usually comes from that ingredient alone, as noted in Xtend as well (even in a lower amount) or other pre-workouts with higher Citrulline amounts. Common in BCAA/Pre-workout products.

try on an empty stomach or close to it. (1.5 hours after pwo meal) is good for most supss. minus the glycofuse.then see what happens.

It is designed as a pre workout. I have had intra-workout products which contained citrulline and nitrates and noticed no additional vascularity.
