PES High Volume

Just had the best workout of my life using High Volume.

First workout using it I didn't feel much, but this time I waited 45 mins to hit the gym and the pumps were insane.

Repped 100 lb dumbbells on the incline bench for the first time ever.

Bought a tub yesterday, I haven't gotten to lift with it yet but after I bought it I took a couple scoops and the pumps were unreal... Impatiently awaiting tomorrow's lift now...

This stuff works, I'm always really flat during my sessions but today was completely different... BUT let's all pretend this stuff sucks... We don't want the fda to find out it works...
 
Isn't that horrible how we have to be tho?

You want to love and hype up a product but don't want to do it too much so the FDA doesn't find the hyped product and ban it.

God those people suck...

Had my one day off yesterday, missed my High Volume.

Today is leg day, High Volume will be in full effect :).

Arms for me. Least favorite training day by far, but High Volume makes it a lot cooler.
 
The store I went to only had blue frost, has anyone tried both flavors yet?

I don't have a clear favorite yet, but am leaning towards Paradise Cooler. As the Solution mentioned, they're both great.

I have read a lot of reviews and so far no clear winner has emerged yet.

It appears the flavours are pretty equal in terms of popularity. :)

Went heavy on squats today to avoid the leg day pump!

going to try adding some bulk amento to 1 scoop HV pre-workout
 
Beastly squats right there. now i want to hit legs lol, that grinder on that last one those feels. im usally like f**k yeah or something haha
 
I've gotten a few workouts with HV in now.

I feel like I can take on a lot more volume. There's a pump going through the body, but I don't get the veins popping as others do (I am not that lean right now and have never been the vascular type anyway). Heavy squats and deadlifts don't leave me feeling beat up as much as they did before -- especially the deadlifts.

Downing a shake all at once really upsets my stomach and usually nothing upsets my stomach lol. I sip 1 scoop 20-15 minutes before arriving to the gym and sip half a scoop after arriving at the gym and starting.

IMO it would be best to use the product 45 minutes before going to the gym if possible.
 
Good to know.

I do a ton of of warm ups though and my sessions are really long, so the timing probably works in my favor this way. (In other words, the shake is consumed almost 45 minutes before -work- sets)
 
Does anyone else build up a tolerance to High Volume?

For me it works great for about a month, especially the first 2 weeks. I get great pumps which help me feel really motivated.

However, after a month I don't notice much from it and have to cycle off for one or two months.

I actually personally notice the opposite. With extended use I tend to get better benefits. The first few weeks I use minimal dosing though because it doesn't take much for me to notice a significant boost in performance and pump.
 
I combined enhanced and high volume earlier,and got a ridiculous pump. just thought I'd mention that for anyone who's never done the same.

Be careful doing that often. Both contain nitrates.
 
I have yet to get a drop in blood pressure. If anything a slight increase post workout. So far all is well.

Nitrates are known for reducing blood pressure, not increasing them.
 
If you reread what I said,I clearly stated that I have yet to get a drop in blood pressure.

I know this. You stated you may have noticed an INCREASE in blood pressure.
