Went with 2 scoop Enhanced today for leg day. Good and bad idea.

I love taking two scoops of High Volume before leg day and then flexing afterwards.

It gives me enough of a pump for my legs to 'almost' look like I train them. ;)

I wasn't thinking and just accidentally mixed up 2 scoops...time for legs.

Tried blue frost high volume mixed with margarita Alphamine tonight pre-workout. Went down smooth and had a nice taste to it. I was very skeptical and a bit surprised about mixing the two flavors. But better than anything was the overall feeling and pump. I've been off high volume for quite some time now. Feels great to be back!
 
are four months that I assume, 3 times a week, High Volume.
Do you think I should do some day / week / month to stop?

If you still feel it is working, I see no reason to stop. Nitrate tolerance should not be an issue with high volume.

The manufacturing is due to finish in the first half of September.

Then it is essentially ready to ship and will go to our distributor in the UK.

We can't give an exact date regarding shipping because it is always a bit more unpredictable. They would be the best people to ask, once it has shipped. :)
 
Cool thanks for the Info.

Cannot wait to get it but will not be using it until i need to cut again, which will probably be next year now, bulking season will be starting for me in October.

New flavors are amazing. I'm about done with RL tubs. Then after break, I'm going SPC, I've craved it since sample pack.

Back to High Volume talk lol.

I love both flavours separately. I don't know if I dare mix them together.

I burned through my tub of Marg pretty quick already ordered more and 2 more spc

Try mixing NanaBerry Ergonine with Marg tastes like a lemon coke

I ran out of nanaberry so have half a tub of blue ice and a tub of flavourless.

I will get some nanaberry and test it out.

I'll try a few flavor combinations when I get more though.

I haven't tried either of these but I know nana berry is top notch for mixing so I can imagine both are solid.

We only have one other raspberry lemonade supplement in the form of Alphamine.

We also have two cherry limeade flavours (Amino IV and Alphamine). :)
 
I might be buying the new flavours from the US and importing to UK to save the long wait, how is nutraplanet for international shipping.

It will be a while before the new flavours are available at either of our EU distributors.

Even if they ordered today, shipping and importing takes a while.

They tend to order at certain intervals of every few months so that gives them the opportunity to stock the new products. :)

Depends on the courier and shipping method.

Most packages to me from head office take 10-11 days on average.

However, some people in the UK have already received their insider packages. That is insanely quick shipping for America to England. :)
