Friday hit up triceps with the bros. I came home from work first and passed out for 2 hrs straight lol. Going to doc Monday, Got a feeling carpel S is calling my name.

Thanks wasme!! Went to doctor's today ortho. He's going to do xrays on my left knee and my neck area in two weeks. I got 3 frigging shots from hell lol. One on each side of neck shoulder area, and one on right upper biceps ouch!!!! Hit up leg day today lol

Today had to be in at 5 am. After getting 3 cortizone shots yesterday, I had no sleep. That stuff wires me up and by today I wanted to lift a truck take on the whole ufc lol. We hit up back today and felt much better. I get xrays on neck and left knee in 2 weeks.

Solid session today. I wouldn't put to much thought into the drained feeling but I had the same feelings for long periods of time and found out I had mono about 3 years ago...so just saying it may be something else going on.

hard for me to count the calories bc schedule but eating lean meats, veggies, could reduce the rice a bit. I drink black coffee in morning, water all through out day, and sweet team once a day.
 
I cut my rice in half last week and I miss it.... Already can tell a difference though.

ez bar curls drop sets of 2 sets using 8 5lb weights, dropping 2 plates after 8 reps down to bar. BURN BABY BURN!
