Went yesterday to hit up triceps. I had a bad headache out of now where about mid day at work. Took a 800 mg ibu and def helped. Had a good workout and looking for even more intense ones this coming year. My results from regular labs came back good, but they didn't do thyroid as that had to be done separate. So I'm trying to get that scheduled quickly.

Triceps:

rope press downs: 100 lbs x 10, 120 lbs x 10,10,10

reverse cable curls: 100 lbs x 10,10,10,10

skull crushers: 55 lbs x 10,10,10,10

machine dips: 120 lbs x 10,10,10

over head db press: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

Hit up light chest day with the brothers. Did cardio as well. 30 minutes treadmill. 1.6 miles

incline barbell press: 135 lbs warm up 6 reps 205 lbs x 6,6,10

flat db bench: 55 lbs x 10,10,10

cable machine flyes: 50 lbs x 10, 60 lbs x 10,10,10

Thank you hope the same for yall. I did this class Wednesday that was a sort of cross fit type deal. We just did it once to see how much i could freaking sweat. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will say this that my fat arse was happy that I pushed myself to not quite, and the fittest of the 3 brothers tapped out in 2nd round. The other brother and I finished all 4 rounds. Each round consisted of 25 seconds intervals each with about 5 10 10 seconds rest to get to next station. These were the stations, kettle bell swings, kettle bell squats, walking lunges with plate over head push ups, Mountain climbers, box jumps, medicine ball thrust throws to celing, burpies, and then either pull ups or you could use the olympic type rings to do pull ups from floor. This **** 4 damnzzzz times. I swear I about croaked.

Friday night last biceps bash with one brother. We did 12 min treadmill warm up. Sauna afterwards.

standing alt curls: 30 lbs x 8,8,8,8

Today hit up late night mild cardio 1 mile on treadmill then sauna. Tomorrow go to doctor's for knee results although my knee feels really good lol. Then Chest or back day at gym.

Well knee was nothing too serious, just if it was to get worse he said he could do a small procedure about 8 weeks recovery. But it's not even close to being ready for that. So that's def good!! Today hit up chest and back with brothers!

Today we hit up arm blast. Had some good pumps and energy.

Arms:

Biceps:

started off with ez bar curls to failure. Had 4 10's and 4 5's so 30 lbs on each side of bar. We do 8 reps taking 2 plates off all the way down to the bar. Did 2 sets of these we frigging love them but hurts so good!!

cable curls single arm: 60 lbs x 10,10,10

cable curls negatives. 90 lbs x for 45 seconds slowly going up

Triceps:

rope pressdowns: 120 lbs x 15,15,15

v bar press downs: 150 lbs x 10, 170 lbs x 10, 200 lbs x 8

reverse cable bar curls: 120 lbs x 10,10,10

lying leg curls: 80 lbs x 10,8,8

leg ext: 190 lbs x 8,8,8;

Today hit up chest. Felt pretty good. My friend that trains with us some times, was doing back. Hit had straight bar dead lifts going. He kept messing with me to try 375. lol no crap no like walked over there and got it once no problem. Now then the sob later trys 405. He couldn't get it even but inch of the ground lol. He's strong though only 22. Anyway I attempted it couple times but could not get a grip. Finally i was like at least try. I got the bar up to knee's half rep. Hell i'll take that half rep any day considering I normally use trap bar deads and like 250 max. Note to self I need to start pushing myself beyond the comfort zone and let the inner freak come out.


Chest:

Yesterday hit cardio up 30 minutes 1.7 miles then I hit up some leg presses. Didn't really train much bc both brothers was out so was holding for them. I hit 22 plates 1080 lbs on last set


Today both brothers back and we hit up arms. Really good pumps with some new workouts as well.


Bicep Cable preacher curls: 70 lbs x 12, 90 lbs x 10, 100 lbs x 10 last set we started from 80 lbs and did drop sets all the way to 20 lbs 8 reps a piece

v bar press downs: 120 lbs x 12, 150 lbs x 12 200 lbs x 10

ez bar skull crushers: 85 lb x 10,8,10

super set db kickbacks with standing atl curls. 30 lbs x 8 on kb's and 5's on curls x 3 sets

drop set of db supernating curls starting with 35 lbs x 5 reps down to the 15 lbs with one set of 80 lbs over head tricep presses 3 sets of these

bench dips 3 sets x body weight.

Today hit up some back with brother and friend. Had a good blast!! Thyroid test and all labs came back good. glucose 107 not to high. Normal for me has been btw 100 n 105. According to lab tsh and t4 is in normal range. Doctor said my weight gain was from sleep apnea coming back. My wife had noticed over last couple weeks since i gained back some weight that it started up again. I go Monday to get a new mask and try that out.

cable machine close grip seated rows: 150 lbs x 10, 200 lbs x 10, 280 lbs x 10. this was done using cable machine seated on wood box with a foot thing up against machine for support.

straight bar dead lifts: 225 lbs x 8, 285 lbs x 6, 315 lbs x 4

Man the cardiac diet. Do it for 3 days of a combination of foods that is low cal but very sound in nutrition. It sucks though lol I want more meat!!

preacher cable curls single arm: 50 lbs x 10, 10 60 lbs x 10,10

ez bar curls: 65 lbs x 10,10,8.,8

drop set hammer curls 45 lb 35 lbs 25 lbs 15 lb each 8 reps with 16 reps on the 15's. Did 3 sets with last one using 55 45 35 25 15 lb arms about fell off.

21's with straight bar 2 sets.
