wide grip pull downs: 80 lbs x 10,10,10,10

close grip pull downs: 80 lbs x 8,8,8,8
db rows: 50 lbs x 8,8,8
facepulls: 120 lbs x 10,10,10
Today hit up chest. Felt pretty good. My friend that trains with us some times, was doing back. Hit had straight bar dead lifts going. He kept messing with me to try 375. lol no crap no like walked over there and got it once no problem. Now then the sob later trys 405. He couldn't get it even but inch of the ground lol. He's strong though only 22. Anyway I attempted it couple times but could not get a grip. Finally i was like at least try. I got the bar up to knee's half rep. Hell i'll take that half rep any day considering I normally use trap bar deads and like 250 max. Note to self I need to start pushing myself beyond the comfort zone and let the inner freak come out.
