Today hit up triceps! Felt good. Did 25 min treadmil as well then sauna.

Triceps:

v bar press downs: 150 lbs x 12, 170 lbs x 12, 200 lbs x 8, 8,

reverse cable curls: 130 lbs x 10,10,10,10,10

ex bar skull crushers: 85 lbs x 8,8,8,8

over head rope ext 100 lbs x 10,10,10,10

cose grip bench 135 lbs x 10,10

barbell kick backs 45 lbs bar x 12,12

lol thanks guys! Yeah felt the burn for days. Took off Sunday take the boys to the park. It was nice outside but windy. Today back day and some cardio.

Hit up 10 min warm up cardio on treadmill while waiting on my brothers. Did back today!! Had great workout. Glad that one of my friends is pushing that started training with us. He keeps saying your way to strong for some of these numbers. I guess on somethings that are easy i been staying at same weight. So today vrs 55 lb rows I managed to do 75 db rows for 2 sets of 8 then 100 lbs x for 5

Back:

straight bar deadlifts: 225 lbs x 8, 275 lbs x 6, 315 lbs x 5 sumo style grip

db rows: 75 lbs x 8, 8, 100 lbs x 5

back machine rows 110 lbs x 10,10,10

close grip pull downs: 80 lbs x 8,8,8

wide grip pull downs: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

rope face pulls: 140 lbs x 10, 165 lbs x 10, 180 lbs x 10

Today hit up chest day my fav day of course lol. Our gym was stupid packed. Almost went tazmanian devil up in there.

Chest

incline barbell presses: 185 lbs x 8 225 lbs x 6 255 lbs x 3 275 lbs x 4

peck deck: 150 lbs x 10 175 lbs x 10, 250 lbs x 10, 275 lbs x 8

flat db bench press: 80 lbs x 8, 80 lbs x 8, 100 lbs x 6

lol I don't know why but I just love chest and leg days. But I'd like to see my inclines get to where I can do 300 for least 6 reps. It's one week to the next depending on diet and how I feel. I'll be a 100 percent better one I get this new sleep machine and get better rest. Thank you guys!!! Taking off day today, to get machine and chill with kids. Tomorrow bicep day.

Today hit up biceps with wicked pumps! We did some drop sets again along with one set of curling the 45;s to see. My friend wanted to, so of course me being older lol wanted to as well. He did like 6 so I was going to try for t to 3 ending up hitting 7 reps so he had to go back and try to out do me!! I love it.

Biceps:

ez bar curls drop sets. First set was 80 lbs with ez bar and 6 10lbs plates and 2 5 lbs plates. Doing each set of 8 reps til you hit bar go to failure.

2nd set I tried 8 10lbs plated and did it!!! same set rep counts. I felt the biggest pump

then of course the one set of curling the 45's for 7 reps

standing db hammer curls: 45 lbs x 8, 8, 55 lbs 8,

cable machine single arm preacher curls: 60 lbs x 8, 8,8, 70 lbs x 8

45 lbs straight bar with 10 lb on each side so 65 lb 21's two rounds.

ez bar skull crushers: 85 lbs x 8, 95 lbs x 8, 8

over head rope ext super set with close grip bench press 100 lbs x 10, 100 lbs x 10, 90 lbs x 10 on rope ext and 135 lbs x 8, 185 lbs x 8, 6 on close grip

traps

smith machine barbell shrugs: 135 lbs x 8,8,8

flar machine bench shrugs: 180 lbs x 10, 10, 270 lbs x 8,

Today we decided to hit biceps up again! I felt the frigging burn from the get go. Did 15 minute cardio pre workout.

Biceps

sup db hammer curls drop set: 45's 35's 25's 20's 8 reps til the 20's do 16 reps we did 3 sets of these

ez bar curl drop set: 10 5lb plates total 5 on each side dropping 2 plates after 8 reps down to the bar to failure. 2 complete sets of these

cable high pulley curls; 50 lbs x 8,8,8,8

preacher db curls: 30 lbs x 8, 35 lbs x 8,10
