Going to have a ct scan on knee. Doc said it looked ok on the xray yesterday except for what he called an artifact lol. He looked and said it could be a small chip bone from years ago, but the pain isn't but once in a while there. It's my right arm that had been the main concern. For over yr my right arm radiates pain from one week to the next, with tingling in my thumb and index finger. He wanted to do a neck xray first to see if it could be the root. he said nothing surgery wise just some Degenerative Disc. He basically said it's from sports and over time I"M GETTING OLD!! lol. So I will do some physical therapy for 2 weeks and he said it should be ok. Hope every one has a Happy Thanksgiving!! I will log my workout from later today tonight and hopefully get my new goodie in soon.

Thanks guys. The knee like I said isn't really bothersome. Only if I do full sprints and the impact, but for 3 weeks no pain and that's wo any shots. But the arm still throbs here n there. Today hit up light chest with one bro other one sick.

Chest:

Incline barbell press: 185 lbs x 8, 225 lbs x 6, 275 lbs x 2

flat db bench press: 60 lbs x 8,8,8

cable flyes: 60 lbs x 10,10,10

peck deck: 175 lbs x 10,10,10

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!! I know we all ate very clean and lean right lol jk. I went today to do treadmill and sauna 1.40 miles 27 minutes. Tomorrow lifting arms. Then IRONBOWL!!!!

Thanks bud for looking out!! Today we hit up biceps. I forgot to mention that about few months ago two of our softball players on our team starting working out with us, and we added another the other day lol. So half of Scared Hitless team works out. We hit a good bicep session up.

Biceps:

started off with doing drop sets with ez bar curls using 8 5 lb plates 4 on both sides dropping 2 plates after each reps of 8 including the bar. We do these twice but I messed up first set doing all to 10 reps lol not that im complaining but damn these hurt.

standing alt db curls: 30 lbs x 8,8 40 lbs x 8,8

concentration db curls: 35 lbs x 5,5,5

straight bar 45 lbs 21's x 1 set then another with 30 lbs added sob!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hit up late night leg day. I could barley walk out the damn gym little alone walking into the store to get super. We did 25 min's treadmill then sauna after workout

Legs:

Leg presses: 200 lbs x 12 380 lbs x 10, 470 lbs x 10 650 lbs x 6

leg presses: 150 lbs x 8, 180 lbs x 8, 160 lbs x 8

lying leg curls: 70 lbs x 8,8,8

body lunges 3 sets of two complete sets.

I was flat out super tired today. I really getting sick of this feeling. I really think it has to do with sleep apnea i had yrs ago. I lost weight seem like it got better despite that I couldn't ever really get use to using it. Anyway idk but I really have to push myself latley. Still getting decent workouts in though.

Today hit up biceps. And of course I leave my new compression sleeves in my backpack at the house lol. I wore then yesterday to fit em, and so far seem to work. We did our drop sets again with ez bar curls. These things are intense.

Biceps

Ez bar curl drop sets. 70 lbs starting off with 2 10's and 6 5lbs total. Dropping 2 plats then bar at end. We did each with 8 reps and did 2 x of these!!!!

spider curls: 40 lbs x 8,8,8

one arm cable curls: 50 lbs x 10,10 60 lbs x 10

concentration curls: 35 lbs x 5,5,5

Legs:
