Yah moving can be stessfull chillll......

I am good to go now, made a lot of progress yesterday with unpacking to the point where I can function in my new place. After that though it was too late for a workout but tonight I will get one in for sure; never been so happy to have work start as it helps me get things back in order instantly. :lmao:

For those that are interested, I started my cycle support yesterday. Projected cycle start date, two Sundays from now. T3 will be started next weekend as well!!!!!
 
Got in a nice back/bis workout last night in the 5x5 fashion, even after days off I tore it up. Here is a brief overview:
Bent over BB Rows - up to 235x5
Lat Pull down (wide) - up to 160 Suck at this exercise
Narrow seated row - up to 160
Seated curls - 40 pounds
Standing ez bar curls - 85 pounds

Today will most likely be legs to give the upper body a rest. Should be a doozy and hopefully I don't have issues like I did last week with squats and my lower back. I got a few helpful tips from one of the guys at the gym that has the same issue I do, if it works I will update you. Basically I get this severe tightening almost like a back pump in my lower back after multiple sets, no pain after about 15 minutes but it limits my squat range of motion. Any thoughts, post them!
 
Legs today these are what I am going to focus on:
Squats 5x5
Leg Press 5x5
GHR 3x10 (these are brutal)
Leg curls 3x8-10
Calves - various exercises including donkey calf raises and standing calf raises.

If I can walk normal when I am done, I will do more.

Legs went well yesterday, did 275x5 for 4 sets on squat, that would be a PR for under 200 pounds. Not bad for being on low cals and under 75 grams of carbs a day! I didn't do leg curls, hammies were shot from leg press/squats and I did try the GHR but that machine is BRUTAL. I can do back raises on it just fine, to do a true GHR I got 2 reps. The amount of hamstring and core strength needed is INSANE. Maybe on cycle I can get to 4-5 reps for a few sets, we shall see.

So far all goes well with the cycle support pre-load, I actually feel a little healthier at the moment and I think my blood pressure is a little lower which is great.

In all seriousness, I have to give a lot of credit to AppNut Drive, it is quite the underrated product. Right after I started it up again I strarted gaining my strength back within a week. If you have not tried it, I would look into it for something to be used in between cycles or part of any natty stack. There are other products I like but this one has been a nice surprise and the cordyceps in it make for some great workouts. I always had mixed thoughts on AppNut, now my thoughts are changing a little (still think FreeTest is kinda retarded but I could totally be wrong).

Plan updates and what is ahead for the week:
CS 2.0 - continue pre-load
T3 - 25 mcg starting this weekend
Dermacrine - start Wed/Thurs next week (have 2 bottles)
Clenviscerate - start next week
IGF-1 LR3 - Probably start next week 3-4 days, then go everyday thereafter for 50-60 days
Sat/Sun next week - 30 mgs DMZ

Diet changes - Currently I am doing a low carb diet by Scivation, the New American Diet, and it is going well though I am going to add in lots or carbs next week before I start the UD2.0 to get my metabolism going full bore. Also, the T3 needs enough cals so it won't be catabolic with the clen. I will see about adding in 100-150 grams of carbs each day next week then start the UD2.0 on Monday. Hoping the clen will give me some help with appetite control as ~1700 is very little for 4 days.

Training - Continuing 5x5 as it is yielding some good strength gains, though next week I am going to ramp to a higher rep routine with 3-5 sets in the 8-10 rep range. This should get my joints ready for the volume training/depletion workouts that are looming on the horizon. I am really amped to start this and a little freaked out as this is my first dip into doing research on my rat.

Thanks guys. Here is the deal on the IGF, it is oversold but I should have it next week. I also got some information that running it starting on say week 2 will be better for me as it will extend into PCT and help me keep gains. Moreover, I may not be able to run the UD2.0 with IGF as it is very low carb and my appetite is so supposed to go crazy on it. That said, there is a recomp version of the UD2.0 that is more like 2800 cals, similar to keto but with 60-100 grams of carbs, that should work well and still allow me to cut up well with the clen/t3 combo. I don't want to be miserably hungry for 6 weeks, I will kill something or someone and I like my job thank you!!!!

Going to catch a midday workout since I am off today due to weather. Shoulders and traps on tap, should be fun. Chest was great yesterday and I was able to maintain my strength on most exercises even though I am under maintenance. Weight is 200.8 before the daily download so it is under 200 and a nice recomp is already happening. I can see me being down to about 197 before I start if I can stay on track diet wise before I hit the hard stuff then the scale should go UPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!
 
So I hit up shoulders today, some great workout that was, damn they were rock hard and double sized at the end. Did shrugs with a 250 tractor tire today and for some of the reps I added 60 pounds so that is a 310 shrug for reps, 8 to be exact for 2 sets. Not bad for my scrawny self. Got my clen today and the Eviscerate Smolder is on order as well; once it gets here I will have to play mad scientist so my rat gets the right dose. I will be starting that here shortly as well.

Just an FYI, I tried Rag Ultra Caff free today WITH 1 scoop of Focus XT (same flavor), man that was a SICK workout. I had insane pumps and focus was, as you expect, off the charts. Love that there is MCC in the Rag, it is my favorite creatine.
 
Today is presenting me with some NASTY soreness everywhere in the upper body after that shoulder workout, NICE! I am feeling pretty good today, could be the T3 I just started who knows, so I will probably go do a full body blast for ****z and giggle. I figure that will be just as good as cardio.

Also, I am carbing up today so having a way to use this energy is a good idea or I will go stir crazy. The plan is 4 large carb feedings until I can't take it anymore, probably done by 4 PM then I will have a nice steak for dinner. Diet is on track, had my last night out yesterday and after the super bowl all booze is going to be ceased. Just dropping that from the weekends is going to be 2-4K cals less per week that are not junk.

When are you starting the IGF-1? I've been reading up on it more, and it seems interesting. Are you doing sub-q or IM injections?
 
It will be as close to IM as a .5" pin will get. I'm not buying more pins.

That works too. It depends on how your body reacts to it. If you have the money you can always play with the dosing, I am going off of a couple of recommendations from people who have had good success with it.

I am also running a 3x daily dose of cjc1295 and ghrp. should be fun to see what results I get. Hell, it will be cool seeing everyone's results with peptides. I think they are gonna be getting a lot more use in future cycles.

Ha Ha Ha... neither team is my favorite and the best team definitely won. Green Bay could use a victory and they earned it, kuddos to them. If they were playing the Colts I would be pissed right now but that is neither here nor there as it didn't happen.

I am going to run the IGF-1 LR3 in two doses, 1 in the AM first thing and the other post workout with my carb meal to help with glucose disposal and protein synthesis, should be 30 mcgs per dose. Since it is systemic, I am going to start with 1 injection site, not bilateral.

I get that a longer needle is deeper into the muscle but there is not a lot of skin to go through in the chest, traps or tricep/bicep. You are going to be in the muscle after 1/4" without question. Less pain too :).

A lot of Peptides talk in here. I don't know crap about them, but like Mich said I'm learning in here. Interesting stuff and always taking some mental notes for the future ;)
 
Speaking of peptides for rat research, here is one that has many an interest: HGH Frag 176-191. Check this write up and tell me you wouldn't be all about getting some of this.

Wow crazy stuff, and yeah Fin as long as you are pinning in delts chest biceps triceps you should not have any problem getting into the muscle. Question is with it not going in far is there any chance of the IGF coming back out of the muscle when backing out? If so then you have a sub-q pin and it does not get transported around the body as it should. I don't know the answer to that just a though, since not so deep in the muscle there is less resistance from themuscle to keep the injection inside the muscle.

I can't say it is all the Dermacrine but A LOT of positive changes are being made. T3 is still going and is going to ramp up to 50 mcgs starting this weekend with the DMZ.

Other news, made my Clenviscerate tonight, it should be about 45 mcgs of clen per pump so I will start with 1 then go up from there. I may just add more clen if I need to instead of doing more pumps. The IGF is on its way but it won't get started just yet.

Had two very good workouts this week, back on Monday and Chest/Tris on Tuesday. I finally think I am getting a handle on better bench form. I did a set on decline and I could tell something clicked for the better, the weight was under total control and I had no shoulder discomfort. The goal is maintain these changes... we shall see!

Tomorrow I am going to do legs, oh how excited I am about that. There is a sick hack squat there that I am going to try and of course squats. More on that after it is done. I may get some pictures up pre-cycle so there is a good indication of where I am at as there have been good changes since the first pictures went up.

Yeah I would hold off on starting until you get that Torem, I am happy that my nolva is sitting in the drawer already and I have enough for two cycles so no worries there. Next one though I may get some of this torem as I hear it is the bomb diggity.

:friday: I drink to the Star Wars reference, an all time favorite of mine. The source I have been using has such a ridiculous deal on a 3 pack I couldn't pass it up and I have enough AA coming that I can mix it all up no problem. Now I need to see about when to dose, most likely first thing in the morning and before bed. Any kind of pinning before a workout is not really feasible unless it is at the gym and that is minutes before I start. I could do that I just don't like the idea of carrying vial of GH frag and syringes in my gym bag!

I guess with GH frag location won't matter so much either... I could pin before I go to the gym in the car come to think about it, it is 45 minutes before I hit the weights. Good idea even though it would be nice and awkward if someone walks by and I have a slin pin in my arm or chest.
