Here is an update the night before I start my training again. After taken the 7 days off I am anxious to getting back in the gym. Yesterday was the last day for taking the Soma. I finished taking it just because it was recommended. It did not do a lot for me but oh well that is life. Over the last couple of days i stopped taking the transaderm. Mainly because I was getting an uncomfortable ache around my kidney area. Could have been around the liver I don't know. Well tonight I started it back up and applied it a little different. After my evening shower I got all dried off and had one pump on each shoulder spread it out around the bicep and shoulder area, then had the wifey apply two pumps on each side of my shoulder blades and had her rub it in my lats, upper back, and middle back. Lets just say omg when it kicked it wow. Mainly in the middle of my back it is super tight and feels like it is getting tighter. That I can live with. Especially if it helps me walk around with my shoulders pulled back and my chest up.
Now as far as my lower back it is still real tender and we are going to give it a go tomorrow. Like I mentioned in previous post, I am not going to lift heavy and will focus more on form and high reps. While still following the Phase II warrior workout. Only modification will be no squats for a while. When the time comes i will attempt leg presses. I have come to realize that I need to strengthen my hand grip and my forearms. As well as actually get some cardio in on a regular basis so I can finally get lean like I have been working all along for.
