Honestly, couldn't taste any worse than Dermacrine LV did. LOL. That's not a bad idea honestly just to check the dosing size until you get a feel for how much you need really.

Hope that back settles down Chevy. I know and hate that feeling.
 
Lmfao there is no way I would attempt to drink this stuff. I had a feeling DW was talking about measuring and applying to skin. And as for the back well this is a major set back. I have had a few of these lately and am sick and tired of it already. I have come way to far to stop now. I will be making an appointment to see the money hungry people called the dr. and see if I can get in tomorrow. This has gone on way to long. A couple of days fine but nearly a week not fine
I suspect it is a strain or a sprain. Which will mean no heavy lifting for a while. And vicodin and motrin will be my friend. We shall see what the out come is.
 
You could measure dosing with an oral syringe...

This is a pretty good idea. i had to do the same thing with my Trenazone on my last cycle because the pump with it is really bad. I just measured it out with the oral syringe and then applied it. Worked out great. If the applicator continues to be a problem I would consider that option.
 
I just think you are making life hard on yourself especially worrying about exact doses. Shake it put it to your fingers like you put tooth paste out of pump on your tooth brush and squeeze the pump don't squirt it squeeze it. At really close range the is no splatter only a relatively small glop of goo. Then reach up and spread it on your traps and shoulders. I did this every time and could tell when I had an uneven squirt and if it was enough for me to worry about. Trust me getting 68 one day and 72 the next and then 70, and 74 really is not going to matter in the long run. It is minutia and not worth putting any extra energy into unless you are somewhat OCD. Even then resist the disorder and just put it on. If you get 5 pumps one day and 4.5 the next no big deal, You won't notice the different same with 5 or 5.5. Now a string of days at an entire pump or two worth of difference would be noticeable but I don't think anyone is having that kind of problem with a pump. I hope not at least and if so it is probably a messed up pump these pumps are pretty nice. Many others get stuck a lot more or clog. Also you can always put the bottle in hot water for a minute if the pump seems to be clogging and it will make the stuff thinner so you can get the clog out.

For the most part I am not worried about it. I spray 6 times and get plenty of coverage. I get it on my chest, shoulders, arms, and my upper back. I have not put it on my traps or my big belly... Hmm I wonder if I use it on my skin chub if it will help in tightening up the skin and help burn the fat in this area better? hmmm interesting.

Back and shoulders have the most of the natural factors to convert this anabolically instead of into Estrogen. So I only put it on those areas. That and the hair on my chest is no bueno for transdermal, tends to absorb a lot of the product instead of the skin.
Off to the Doc. We shall see the outcome soon enough.

Here is to hoping it is not too bad. I see some Flexeril in your future.

Now after the 7 days is up if my back has not healed i will have to go back in and do some more test and xrays.

I also did a full blood work up including testosterone.

Just for Educational purposes: Sprains are ligamentous (attach bone to bone) or tendonous (attach muscle to bone)... while strains are muscular in nature, so it is only natural that any or all three in the same area/joint capsule can all be affected!

Every bodybuilder should hunt, just think of the money we'd save on good quality meat...

Imagine how clean you would be eating if you made a deal with yourself that the only meat you ate was meat you caught (fish) or killed (hunt) yourself personally, it would be your excuse to take a day off fishing or hunting, gotta fill the freezer back up Baby, LoL

I never struggle with the difference between sprain & strain, it is always the difference between ligament and tendon I struggle with, I mean I never forget that one attaches bone to bone and the other attaches muscle to bone, but I always forget which is which!
 
Today should be intetesting. Some of you know I have a high tolorance to pain meds most dont work for me. Which really blows. Well this morning I get to the office and take this soma. Yea the dr said it it some pretty strong stuff. I always chuckle when I am told that. Well lets just say I am feeling pretty good right now. Man I am supposed to take it twice a day. If I feel like this I am not sure I can taked it durning the day when working I feel like I going in super slow motion. And all wobbly when I get up to walk. This is some good chit.

Oh hell yes. My scale when I just woke up and took my morning pee I was 245.3 thay was at 7 am. I had my dr appointment at 9:45 an there scale said 247. Which is always off. So I am happy. I feel and look like I have more skin chub than before but I am now wearing a size 38 waist pant. So there is still much more work that needs to be done. And I will get there. Soon as I hit 200 I will figure out if I want to get even smaller. Assuming my body will let me. It all come down to body fat. I want to be around 10% for now. Then I want to do at least one body building show with my bro in law. Which obviously I will need to get into the single digits. So time will tell.

Sounds like fun...I always felt flexeril way mode than soma. Soma also made me itchy everywhere so I refuse to take it.
 
Glad to see that the weight is down some more Jeff! You are doing well my friend, and I've enjoyed watching your progress and looking forward to the day that you hit 10% bodyfat bro. I know its still a good ways away, but I know you will get there and I will be happy to say that I've been following you since day one!

Today was not much of a work out. I did some more unpacking which blew cause my lower back was starting to get tight so I had to stop. Man this next 7 days better come quick. Tomorrow will be a long cardio day. I will probably do two different sessions. Since I am not supposed go be lifting. I am going to try to do some push ups, and some concentration curls or something. I am going nuts not being able go do what I want pain free. This soma only works for about and hour and half. Then it is like I never took anything. Grrrr.

I know being away from the weights sucks, but it will be a big benefit to your recovery. KLike you are going to do, just use it to your advantage and take the time to put in some extra cardio.

Take a leisurely walk for an hour or so a day to increase blood flow and let that rest STAY OFF the treadmill the belt moving back causes a jarring of the lower back walk outside. You wanna exercise your legs do flex and holds. Same with upper body and no effect on the lower back.

Got me as far as us coming up you know Jo runs the "social schedule". We have a birthday to go to in a little while. I know we had a trip planned up there for last week but you had to do something for work and it got cancelled right?
 
yeah I have to calculate my calories today. I know I went over. Went to a customers house for a kids bday party and bbq. Had a few shots of tequila and a few margaritas followed by 2 pieces of chicken and a steak. Only carbs came from the alcohol. As well as what ever fat not much of that though. only good thing I fasted much longer and only had that one meal. For cardio I was crawling under the house looking for an electrical issue that i need to fix. And then mowed my two acres.

Ah gotta play sometimes man. Or you'll go insane!! Lol. I'm headed out to a BBQ now actually. Gonna try hold back though as last week the BBQ destroyed my innards. I'm going to decrease my meat intake this week and up my carbs and fats. Weird I know but my digestion is killing me still and I still am looking leaner each week. I'm thinking endosurge is putting my cals all in the right places. Just have to feed the raw materials ;)
 
Man margaritas are a bitch when it comes to calories. I read somewhere that a typical a decent sized one from a restaurant is 1000 cals. No worries though. I do hope you were on a riding mover an not being an idiot mowing with a push mower and a lower back injury.

Yeah I grabbed the push mower for some spots then jumped on the riding mower for the rest.


That's why you just skip the margaritas and just go straight for the patron :D a lot less calories!

That was exactly what happened. Had 2 8oz cups then a few shots.
 
Typically if I get my "drink on" it is with a spirit and diet soda, or some type of red wine. I tend to have a glass of red wine every night.
