Just a small update. Hit the gym tonight and tested the waters a tad. Nothing major. Started off with 10 minutes of cardio.

My back is still not ready to handle much after testing it some tonight with heavier weights. But I know it is only a matter of time.

Thank you sir. Yes I am back at it. Not going heavy and not my normal routine. More or less just picking and choosing and testing the waters some. I will probably give it another week before I get back into normalcy in the gym

Nice to see you back at it, Jeff :) And "testing the waters" is absolutely fine - that way you'll know what you can and can't do, or what you'll have to ease into or leave for a while, to build up on. It's ok to have times like this. Strength, my friend!

That's the way to do it. I went two weeks with out squatting and an entire 4 weeks with out pulling after I pulled my hammy. Was another month before I even thought about DL'ing over 360.

I try to look at these times as an opportunity to concentrate on something I've been neglecting. Lol

I have been wanting to hit the 20's for a while. I am still not completely safe as 1lb will change that. But dang it feels good to see that show up this morning. Considering 2 days ago I was at 231.

Nice Jeff, way to go. Down what a total of 70 lbs and added a lot of muscle during that time too. You have probably lost 80-85 lbs of fat so far very impressive.

Been seriously lagging on logging and training. A lot of personal things going on that I am trying to deal with. On a good note I am now down to 226.5 as of this morning.

Anyway, my point of saying that was to say good job, congratulations, another step forward, does not happen over night, look how far you have come and and in the time-frame in which you have done it, you are the MAN Bro!!!

Jeff, I've been away from your log for a little while and thought I'd check in to see how you are doing. I must say you've done great and everything is still on track! Good job man, that's a lot of progress you've made to come this far

Monday is here that,means training day. I normally jumo on the scale after the morning ritual. And as it would be I am down a little more. Sitting at 224. And damn it feels good to see the number go down.
