Onlychevy6 and Chevy6s Chick - Teams up with Muscle Gauge Nutrition

Bro we'll have to meet up one day and you train me!! Solid again. I was planning on hitting gym today, but got some news of my Uncle on Dad's side is possibly not going to live through the weekend. Just couldnt seem to get motivated. Anyway bro keep killing it!

I am so sorry to hear this. As you may know I just went through this. I lost my uncle last week and did not train at all like I should. I am here for you if you need to talk.

As far as us meeting up and training I would love to do this. Of course I am no where near as strong as some of our other buds on here but I can hold my own. Once I get leaner and stronger look out. LOL...

True that bro you and I are on the same paths and goals. Yeah my Uncle Joe was close to me. He was the partier of the bunch as my Grandma had 12 kids. He use to take me fishing and was the big man of the family. Strong as hell and was a roofer. 6'3 310. Problem was he's a severe drinker and I'm talking liquor. He drinks Jack and the hard stuff in place of water. He collapesed at a worksite and doesn't even know who my other uncle was. He's not around my area and it's making it tougher because I can't get to him to let him know I'm praying and that I love him. They said he's lungs has ammonia leaking from toxic liver.

Is still really impressed with the supplements that MGN has provided me with to get to my goal! I highly recommended using or trying their supplements!! Below is my workout from Wednesday!

Wow. So sorry to hear this. I am not sure how far away he is from you. But I am sure even in this time of pain I am sure he knows how much you love him. Just have faith brother, If it is his time then the man up stairs will take him home and he will no longer suffer.

Solid my lady!! How good does the protein mix and taste. I'm key on profiles but God there is so bad tasting ones out there. I would like to see more supps with higer natural foods in them.

On another note I'll be starting up my new PP Androdrive log Sunday!! I weighed 225 this morning. Last time I saw that was 7-8 years ago lol.

Thank you! I absolutely LOVE the whey protein (vanilla) flavor! I also have the chocolate, strawberry and ice cream sandwich flavor which I have not tried yet but if it's anything like the vanilla it will be DELICIOUS!! I have NEVER liked the powder protein but I will say this stuff is the "BOMB" and mixes well with oatmeal and eggs!!! I definitely recommend you try it!!!!! You can to Invalid Link Removed and use the code in my signature and receive 25% off on purchases of $50.00 or more!!!!! If you do decide to purchase this please let me know what you think!!!!!!

Oh heck yeah!!! I def willlll! I've been hooked on Myofusion, but would like a good vanialla one. Thanks again!!

Man this weekend was full. Ended up fixing the riding lawn mower so I could mow the yard. Had to go to the bridal place which always takes forever. Then went to the bridesmaid's house and hung out there for a long while. Then comes Sunday. Was pretty much non stop from the moment we woke up. Mostly yard work cut down a big ole oak tree that was dead. It was maybe 5 yards away from the front door. Lets just say I was more nervous of this thing blowing over in a wind storm than me cutting it down. We have already had a tree blow over and smash a windshield. So as redneck as I can be. I tied a rope about mid way up this tree which was approx 30 feet tall. Hooked the rope up to the ball of my truck and went to cutting. I had Cathie sitting in the drivers seat making sure there was tension on the rope at all times. She was scared mainly because of the not knowing. Plus as she was keeping tension the tires would just spin since the tree was not budging at first. Got the first cut done then did a relief cut on the opposite side of the tree. Then came the 3rd cut. Soon as I completed the 3rd cut and she had tension it was starting to to fall over. I put the chainsaw down and told her to gun it. All 4 tire were spinning then all of a sudden timber and she got traction and down came the tree.

LOL Her heart was racing a mile a minute. Ha Ha Ha.

Then came the clean up part. Not fun at all. Cutting limbs and burning piles of wood.

So needless to say no measurement or Pics done yet. They will come.

I was saturated in sweat all day today so I had a good burn going on. I also did not break my fast until 3pm...

Love to have you two along for the ride!!

Ok today pre workout I did a cheesy little video with my phone. Have no idea how you will be able to see it. I am uploading it now to be able to post. These will get better as time goes along.

Now for tonight's workout. It was a nice work out over all. I will admit I got frustrated with my self that I did not hit my mark of 10-12 on my second work set. After taking my Alpha Rage, NO2XL and BCAA's I felt great. I may have to drink it on the way to the gym in lieu of at home then leave for the gym. It takes us approx 25-30 minutes to get to the gym and everything seemed to kick in right when I hit the gym.

Just trying to keep my reps in the 10-12 range for fat burn instead of the 8-10 reps range for building mass. It might be bite me in the tail as I feel like I am putting on mass. Soon as I can get some pics up I will let all the judges give there opinion. LOL

Anything from 8-12 reps is ok, even 6-15 for fat loss OR muscle gain, Jeff. Just depends on the individual. Honestly, IMO, the heavier you lift no matter the rep range you use, the better it is for fat loss. After all, for 99% of people, they can pretty much do ANYthing in training, since it is their NUTRITION that primarily determines their success - or lack of it - re fat loss.

No worries - it will be nice to finally meet both of you :) I'm still physically feeling like crap, but mentally I'm much better - must be something about this weekend. God Bless you guys!

analyzing the video those were super crappy. Next time I will go lighter and much farther down. I guess I was really exhausted after the first workset that had had my arms flat over my head .

Definitely go further down - at least until the topside of the DB is level with the bench would be what I would say to go to. Remember that you don't always have to go all the way down and the last couple of reps if not as low are fine - just make sure most are.

Awesome PRs broseph. Wore my AI sports shirt to the gym today...hellz yeah.

Nothing more pleasing then seeing my bro bro hit pr's!!! Well other then Rosies calendar lol jk or wait I'm I!! Hehehe. Good job bro.
