Good stuff in here! Did you start up the s4 and osta? How do you plan on dosing them?
Formestane and t-bol, you are going to cut up for sure. Not making this easy for us Doug are you???? :stick:
I forgot to menition I added 80 mg ed of formestane a couple days back... now that I am finished with the EPI...
I am with you Doug, my body just said enough with the DS. PCT is still pretty ridiculous, it is definitely a DW approved stack.

As always killing it, that carb up looked righteous!
I agree thats nice mix there
Just when you think you got it figured out, the old fugger has something new up his sleeve!![]()
Drop into my log Doug, you can approve my PCT. And good to hear you are getting into the single digits, I would love me some formestane for PCT but I am not spending any more money on this cycle.
Nice work Doug, single digits are where it's at. I am well on my way there too.![]()
I have erase for PCT and have been told that forma is really good for during, I don't disagree........
Neither do I disagree. Formestane is great on-cycle since it is somewhat suppressive considering it converts to 4-OH in the system. Most people ignore this and try to use Form for their PCT's. Not advisable.
Erase will be great for your PCT. Since you're using so many other compounds, you could probably get by with 2 or 3 caps per day. I'd suggest starting at just 2 caps and assess you estro levels after 4 or 5 days on it. If you feel you need more, bump it on up to 3 caps per day. I don't think you'll ever need more than 3 caps daily however. It's fairly potent stuff. :yup:
When do you plan on taking your first dose of S-4? And do you think would it be beneficial to take S-4 pre-bed as you build muscle in your sleep?
Interested if you have the sides from S4 with all the anabolics you are on... I hope you don't!
I already started last night around 5pm, I sort of felt a little stim when I took it so before bed might not be a great idea...
Wow I didn't know that S4 had that effect. Good to know though
^^^ This guy crazy, I was sawing logs at 4 AM!!!!
Neither did I it might just be my imagination...
Ok up at 4 am on the Eliptical at 4:30 for 1 hour fasted cardio, into the shower then 5 k walk to work. My legs are still screaming from last nights leg routine to boot.
I better look fuggin good when I carb up!!!

That is almost my regular schedule. Up 3:50 AM at gym and lifting or doing cardio by 4:35.

And I thought me getting up at 4:30 am was early. I guess I'm not the only early bird.
Does the S4 from uniquemicals seem legit?
Sweet set up there, AM fasted cardio and all the walking you do. I'm certainly not hanging with you on the cardio department.
Nice!

I can barely manage to get up and take a piss at that time. i don't know how you guys do it. What time do you get to bed, 8:00pm?

There seems to be a bunch of us. I'm actually more encouraged now!

No not at all, and for me it is just easier not to miss workouts if they are the first thing you do.And I thought me getting up at 4:30 am was early. I guess I'm not the only early bird.
Yeah crazy like a fox! That just makes you crazy like me...:lmao:
Yes this is always a great cutter and the high fats keep the muscle on. Less catabolism that way.Enjoy that grapefruit diet DW. Keep the fats high, it should help your hormones stay optomized and give you energy along with cutting fat.

Well the wife and I go into the room about 8:30-9:00 for our quality time. With the kids we have to take time for ourselves and that it is. We just talk or, whatever...We are up until about 10:00-10:30 most nights. I really don't need more sleep than that and will often wake up at 3:30 and not be able to shut my mind back down to fall asleep that extra 20 minutes.
I know some will disagree with this and say 8 hours is required but that does not take individualism into consideration. Metabolism and recovery are completely different from one person to another, just the same way as diet.
One thing to consider is age, it's impossible for me to sleep that much most nights, 6-7 hours is more the norm.
By "warming up", does that mean above freezing?
Seriously, I don't know how you do it in the cold weather! I hated it when I lived in MI, and you're a few clicks north of that!
Agreed one of the great things of getting older is needing less sleep.
VERY nice!
For me bed at 2 AM and wake up with no alarm at 7 AM and feel great!
So basically you have 15% more awake hours a week.
This equals and entire day compared to sleeping 8 hours.
The productivity sky rockets
Imagine that 52 days more per month imagine what you can accomplish
Glad to hear the weather's warming up! It's just starting to warm up here....
We're definitely colder than Vernon....The snow should be gone here by mid april (Fingers crossed) but it usually takes until may to really start heating up. How long ago did you live in Vernon?
Beautiful city and it's grown quite a bit since you were there.
Nice! I'm debating on a m-drol / 4ad run in late spring....
