I forgot to menition I added 80 mg ed of formestane a couple days back... now that I am finished with the EPI...

I am with you Doug, my body just said enough with the DS. PCT is still pretty ridiculous, it is definitely a DW approved stack :).

Good stuff in here! Did you start up the s4 and osta? How do you plan on dosing them?

S4 and Osta arrived yesterday, I wiill tale S4 at 50 mg ed till the last 2 weeks of my cycle and then up it to 75 the Osta will be used during PCT ...still not sure about dose yet...

that's a good way to describe it... I only have a couple left as when I hit the grapefruit regime I will only have on after 2 weeks.... It's right on the money though, I will not fug with it, just a little bit of spill over but it's gone the next morning.

Looks like I am about to cross over into single digits soon, my ceratusis is starting to show which means 10% for me... maybe give it a week. The addition of Forma was the ticket, have really seen improvement.. now lets see what the improvement in diet and extra cardio combined iwth the S4 will do...


Another 30 minutes fasted cardio this morning and a long walk to work in the fuggin snow ... yah it's fuggin snowin again!!

I gotta say I like your rroute better lol I will be using it for lean bulk/recomp for sure. If I can maintain anything like 10-12% using that method I'll be happier than a pig in ****....

Neither do I disagree. Formestane is great on-cycle since it is somewhat suppressive considering it converts to 4-OH in the system. Most people ignore this and try to use Form for their PCT's. Not advisable.

Erase will be great for your PCT. Since you're using so many other compounds, you could probably get by with 2 or 3 caps per day. I'd suggest starting at just 2 caps and assess you estro levels after 4 or 5 days on it. If you feel you need more, bump it on up to 3 caps per day. I don't think you'll ever need more than 3 caps daily however. It's fairly potent stuff. :yup:

I already started last night around 5pm, I sort of felt a little stim when I took it so before bed might not be a great idea...

Only time will tell, nothing yet but most of the stuff is pretty mild. The S4 is supposed to at higher dosing...

Took a trip to Ottawa and back for my friends 50th, I've pretty much hit the wall and wall and will get some rest now and start the grapefruit diet tomorrow...

We just talk or, whatever... :) We are up until about 10:00-10:30 most nights. I really don't need more sleep than that and will often wake up at 3:30 and not be able to shut my mind back down to fall asleep that extra 20 minutes.

No not at all, and for me it is just easier not to miss workouts if they are the first thing you do.

Yes this is always a great cutter and the high fats keep the muscle on. Less catabolism that way.

Yah I kind of like this diet, I should be getting enough fats from the steak and I am still taking 6 grams of fish oli ed and there is some in the fish I'm eating as well...

Ok yesterday was interesting....

Up and off to the gym, started my steak and grapefruit regime and just started Chris's warrior workout but with a double drop as apposed to a single. Need the volume right now... was preceeded by my 5K walk to the gym..

Decline DB Bench Press 85's X 10, 75's X 7 65's X 5 could have gone higher with the first set... oh well I plan to be progressive with this....

Bent Over DB Row, 75's X 10, 65's X 7 55's X 5
Standing Arnold Presses 50's X 10 40's X 7 30's X 5
DB Hammer Curls 55's X 10, 45's X 7 35's X 5 these were awesome.. ripped flesh from bone with some really slow negatives....
DB Overhead Triceps Extension 80 X 10, 70 X 7, 60 X 7
Leg Press 630 X 7, 580 X 6, 530 X 12
Leg Curls 140 X 9, 110 X 8, 95 X 6

Some of rep ranges may be off a bit as I am doing it from memory

5K back home I was feeling damn good... then I did 60 minutes on the eliptical when I got home... madness...

Up 4:45 am did 30 minutes on the Eliptical, showered then 5K in the cold to work .. it's supposed to start warming a bit tomorrow, I am so fuggin sick of winter weather!!!

Yah it's usually a bit warmer there I believe, how similar is your weather to Vernon? You're a bit north I know... Winter was over March 01 in Vernon when I was living there...
 
We're definitely colder than Vernon....The snow should be gone here by mid april (Fingers crossed) but it usually takes until may to really start heating up. How long ago did you live in Vernon?

Yah Kelowna too, I was there to help a buddy move back east a few years ago and was surprised when I went through Vernon how prosporous the town was looking. It was a bit dead when i lived there but very nice.
 
Well I'd be lying if I didn't admit that this new diet and added cardio is really pressing me... up at 4:45 for 30 minutes fasted cardio, shower walk 5K to work. I am hoping I will adjust to the low carbs. I am trying to fight off a cold and still have this infection.

Day 2 of the warrior workout today...

Just document it, I am doing 4 hours on the Eliptical besides my 60K of walking a week. I may have to increase that further but for now that's enough.

I am looking better all the time, but time is something their may not be enough of... seems like there never is...
 
Nobody should be saying anything about need2's prices, I just orfered a bottle of Helladrol whiich was 69.99 true, but it was 180 caps ... you'd have to buy 3 bottles of the competitors brand to get the same amount.

I also bought a bottle of formastanzol for 50 bucks but wait .. it's got twice as much formestane and DIM besides some other ingredients... this will do me through 2 cycles...

Wish they had EPI but I can get that, and will run the Helladrol with trenazone... which is going to be an awesome summer cycle.

You might want to consider DieselbolanV2, the combo of DMZ and M-LMG make for a nice mass gainer and the DMZ will balance out the wet M-LMG. After taking DMZ, I can't picture anything stonger being fun... Superdrol is just mean and take so much to deal with the sides.
