* Soreness is UNBELIEVABLE !!! My past three workouts were - in order - Deltoids/Traps -> Biceps/Triceps -> Chest/serratus. I've gone all out every day in the gym. My triceps and side deltoids are throbbing; in a good way!

* Today's an OFF day to its entirety. I'm drooling over a Double Dave's Pizza buffet, coming up around lunch time, as it's gonna force feed my starving muscles.

* Pimples: no increase; just random, small pimples in shoulder area.

* Sex drive: not bad ! And I don't say that often !!! - cabergoline, is what I'm thinking ! .. currently @ .5mL EOD/E3D.

* Gyno/Puffiness: puffiness slightly reduced; still feel some minor tissue behind the nipple. It feels kinda 'far' in there 'behind' my nipple, which is why it never looked too outta hand. I'll be fighting it till it's gone, though. Letro is dosed with the Cabergoline @ 2.5mg EOD/E3D.

* I'm feeling FULL, hard, and lean! The volume/fullness is definitely the most impressive factor as we're speaking. Now this whole thing has turned into an experiment where I every morning assess how lean I'm looking compared to the day before. Just like back in the day on superdrol/h-drol, although I was at a much lower bodyfat in those days.

* So; fell asleep with A/C on at 78-80 degrees on top of my sheets. woke up in the middle of the night, perfectly comfortable; not sweaty, no nothing. Got under some covers, went back to sleep. Upon waking, I had some MINOR sweating/perspiration, but NOT EVEN CLOSE TO COMPARABLE to the past three nights !! IMPRESSIVE - what did I change !?! Lol . .

.. Appreciate the picture comments; I'm agreeing with the placement of the 'bloat' - face/neck is where it's gone up some. But my body shots remain quite lean and mean, SOME HOW ! Vascularity is prominent, as well .. and getting better. I'm starting back on cardio around the corner (today, tomorrow, or so . . ), and going for dropping the added face weight, tone up from top to bottom, and gain some MEAN mass on top of that ! A buddy of mine has mentioned a couple of 'Hot Bod' competitions coming up at various apartment complexes around the college town here. I'm jumping on the first one to come; I need them cash prizes . . . I'm not yet ripped to shreds, but I feel very confident being at 248 lbs with my current conditioning. It's only just begun !

I went to a Gold's Gym in Austin, Texas, two years back. I came across 175 lbs Dumbbells there. Even picked them up to 'try' it. Not that I'll be needing those anytime soon .. 150s is more than enough for now.

Talk about soreness!! Yesterday I did Incline DB Presses with 110's for 21 reps!! My chest is totally fried today. And I had to train Delts and Tri's this morning!! I did Seated DB Presses with 90's for 15 reps!! :stupid:
I can barely raise my fukkin arms now. LOL
Oh, I love this stuff. Pain = Gain!! :firedevil:

I'm very pleased to see you're still killing those heavy ass weights viking.
Oh, and for those sore elbows I find that those slip-on neoprene wraps are da bomb. :thumbsup:

My bad karma (which I stopped believing in for 6 months!) is back, and kicking my a$$. First off, my toughest upper level Economics class is a writing intensive one. Game Theory and strategy. I mean, these are concepts that make sense and all, but engulfing yourself in that line of thinking is just difficult. Nonetheless writing a 10 page research paper on this.. To top it off, the research paper accounts for ~50% of total grade in class.

.. secondly. Showed up to work at GNC today. Was told I didn't work there any more. I was like WTF ?! Last time I worked, Sunday night, I left the Deposit in the safe at the end of the day, because I signed out at 6.30PM and had tutoring starting at 7PM. I did NOT have time to drop it off at the back that evening. Being that in my 4 months of working at GNC have dropped off the Deposit ONCE ever before (due to manager preferring to take care of it), I assumed that writing a note to my co-workers for Monday morning saying the deposit in there needed to go out when they went to the back that day.

.. they never did take this Deposit to the bank. They never took it out of the safe even. Wednesday, LP (regional manager) came in, found the deposit bag in the Safe from sunday, and told my manager (my boss) to fire ME. Yes, no B$, no nothing, that is exactly how it went. Not ONCE did I show up late for work. Not ONCE did I bail on an extra shift when they needed me. I'm eeeennnraaaged. Contacting the Regional Manager and GNC HQ to work through this. I'm not yet giving in; my school and life was relying on that paycheck right there !!!

- bad session from the get-go; massive acid reflux, worse than I can ever remember. Pre-workout was 4 caps RPM, then 15 minutes later, 1.5 scoops Anadraulic State.

It's now 3 hours later; and still going on hard-core ! About to choke down some Pizza Hut with the girl, and I'm hoping the annoyance will rest.
 
i wish i had terrible days where i could hit those numbers. i wish i had good days where i could do that. chalk it up to a bad day, and hit the weights back hard tomorrow :)

Dude, that sucks big time. I'm sorry to hear that. Do you think it's possible that the regional manager felt a little threatened by you in any way, and was just looking for a reason to drop you?

My manager is a good friend of mine. He's a gym rat, personal trainer, etc, so we were a great fit. That's what he was saying about his situation; he hates befriending his associates because there are times he's unable to stand up for them, and he feels blamed. The Regional Manager had been at the store on Wednesday afternoon, when my manager and two other co-workers were working. My manager had attempted to put in good words for me whenever he could, but the regional had his mind made up. I've met this PRICK once before, and he was a c*nt straight off the bat. The ONE thing he remembered by me was that when he saw me, I was 'out of dress code' wearing khakis, dresspants, and a collared shirt. 'It wasn't a GNC collared shirt.' So you tell me how much of a Nazi this guy is.

.. we'll see. I'll be making e-mails today as well as contacting my manager. I'm crossing my fingers here.

.. Well, a) I've got two pairs of Neoprene elbow wraps coming in.
and b) I've got PALs Incarnate coming in on Monday or so of next week. To be honest, joint pains have been the #1 issue that's kept me from upping the weights or not being able to go beyond a certain point. I feel confident that the wraps and Incarnate will allow me to make some additional nasty strength feats !!!!

I would of stayed away from Pizza Hut. I to have acid refulx and tomato sauce is a known trigger for acid reflux in all the info i have gotten from my docotors etc.

Appreciate the support, everyone ! And, like I said, I WILL stand my ground. I stand up for what is right; I deserve to keep thiis job. I've been the employee who's sent txts to my manager early every week saying 'if you need anyone to cover hours here and there, LET ME KNOW!'

Man .. that's the strangest thing. My girl is visiting me. We got pizza together last night, and I had just mentioned to her about my acid reflux, and she said she had heard pizza could HELP in this case !? :surprised:

It's a shame your boss couldn't stick his neck out a little more. I understand the situation would be difficult, but sometime you have to stand up for your employees. You may have to take it up with someone that's above the regional manager. It sounds like that dude was just waiting for you to screw up in any way possible.

I was asked to be a manager at GNC a little bit ago, and then they never contacted me again, and I couldn't get a hold of the RM. :confused:

sucks brotha. i had a RM once that thought he was the shiznit. i owned him at the corporate level for a similar issue. he told me that the fax machine that didn't work wasn't a "big deal", though when the corporate office didn't get a copy of the nights drop, i was given a bad card (memorial to progress). my response to corporate was "to fix the issue in the future, i would disregard my RM, and clear everything through the district manager (his underling), because my RM clearly lied when he told me a non-working fax not a priority". he never set foot in my store again. the DM and i are friends to this day :)
 
Viking, I hope you're able to keep that job or if need be find another one quick. RM's are jerks. They are in-charge of nothing so they probably get off on any chance to exercise any type of power. What a jerk.

I was fired by a real dique of a manager from my first job, and he used to whisper to one of the other male managers and eyeball screw my girlfriend whenever she came to visit me.

.. Regarding my GNC job, my boss told me that since he didn't want to fire me, he'd put it in the papers that it was for 'managerial such-and-such' such that it didn't appear there was any fault on my behalf, and hence, I'd be 'rehirable' by GNC. I asked him WHERE? He said, in any other region/district. With my $hitty luck, the Region that my GNC store was in includes everything 150 miles North (just south of Dallas) and all over Houston and surrounding areas. I was like, 'greeeeeat, cus my big move out of College Station following college is for a GNC position in Dallas or Austin' .. It was an ESSENTIAL job to have for myself; with the prices I got on products - especially when on clearance - and the hours I had, and the commission I made .. In college; IDEAL. THAT's why I will get down to the specifics of this whole sharade.

I've got my girl on her way here now, and I don't feel like a stressing out about a loooong, strenuous workout, so I'm just gonna hit up the apartment gym for some arm-work and maybe abs.

I just choked down 1.5 scoops of Anadraulic State, and that's just what it is . . 'choking it down' . . the flavor is AWFUL ! It reminds me of - if I remember correctly - the first version of NO Shotgun by VPX, from like 2005 .. Anyone else second this one ?! Anyway, I dread drinking this pre-workout, because I don't know how my stomach will react from one time to the next. Also, I can't say the AS has brought my workouts to a new level. Whenever I switched pre-workout drinks from CytoNOX to Dark Rage a month back, there was a DEFINITE difference; increased pump, hardness, fullness, etc, within 15 minutes into my workout. When I 'feel' something like that, i truly attribute it to the pre-workout. AS just hasn't offered me any HARD CORE and DEFINITE effects in terms of pre-workout mental/physical stimulation .. [sounded off, but you know what I mean] I won't go to 2 scoops or beyond, because I know my stomach couldn't bare that much liquid of such a funky flavor/consistency . . Honestly, I think I'll be taking this next week OFF from Anadraulic State, and stick with 8-10 caps of RPM instead. NO stomach discomfort, at all. Oh, speaking of RPM, damn how the strength decreased .. 5 caps used to get me on cloud 9. Now, 8 caps doesn't do the same thing. Quite a difference I AM FEELING MYSELF comparing the pre-Icariin concentration vs the post-Icariin concentration following the ingredient's potency change.
 
Ya, the taste of AS isn't amazing, but I definitely am able to tolerate it. I've never used it as a pre-wo drink like most guys. I usually toss 1.5 scoops in a gallon jug, add about 20g BCAAs, some ALCAR, some extra WMS, a few SLIN caps, and just sip on it from morning, intra-wo, through to about 5pm. I actually really enjoy using it this way. I tend to use it as more of a creatine/anti-catabolic drink than a pre-workout drink. I think that's actually where it shines. Perhaps just try switching up how you view the product. It's got all kinds of AIs and nutrient repartitioning ingredients in it; just treat it as an "anabolic drink" more than a "pre-workout" drink.

...we used to call our apartment gym the "mini-gym." I never went, but my roommates did. :lol:

I mean I know you have quite the weight advantage on me but DAMN I have never gone over 4 rpm before!!!!!!!! You are a stim maniac!:yikes:
 
8-10 caps of RPM?! That's insane. How much caffeine is that?

That's pretty f*cked up, huh !? I've been off ALL STIMS [thermos/caffeine] apart from pre-workout drinks since late February. I was riding a 2 month long stim train there . . popping my last dosage of stims at work at 12/1AM, etc. It's how I kept awake first half of the semester. I feel MUCH better without them now.

.. regardless, 2-3 caps of JetFuel does the same thing to me NOW as it did 18 months ago. RPM has just lost its effectiveness . . . imho. I'm gonna have a friend of mine pop 5 of them and see how he likes them. Find out what's at fault here . . .
 
That's crazy! If I took 5 RPM's I would be so jacked up up I wouldn't be able to workout!! LOL!

I think there's ~60mg caffeine in each pill, so you're talking 480-600mg caffeine in 8-10. Daaaaaaaaamn son! :lol:

I am off all stims except for 2 (just two!) RPM's preworkout. :p
