I want to test m-drol by myself to know if it is legit or not.
Day 1 was started on November 1, 2009.
Due to living in Indonesia, there may be different in time.
I always update the log everyday (on the day after).
Starting weight: 165lbs, Body Fat: 15%.
I have been OFF from working out & exercise for about 3 months due to very busy & tight schedule.
Weight was 170lbs and Body Fat 9% (the pics in my avatar)
A friend of mine has run it and got nothing.

Due to being 13.2mg per caps, I am planning to take 1.5 capsules which is nearly 20mg.
I will take 1 cap in the morning (6AM) and 1/2 cap 8-9hours later.
I am going to take 20mg straight for 3 weeks (20/20/20).
I think 20mg should be enough for me if it is indeed legit or real superdrol clone.
BTW I haven't run any superdrol / clones in the past. And it's been 6 month post-last cycle.

Glucose (2 Hours PP) : 107
I always try to always eat as clean as possible. My diet is roughly same everyday.
Pre-Cardio: 1 scoop Whey Protein
Breakfast: 3/4 cups Oats + 10 Egg Whites + 2 Whole Eggs
Snack: 1 scoop MuscleMilk + 1/2 scoop Whey + 1/2 scoop Casein
Lunch: 3 slices Whole Wheat Bread + 7 oz Boneless Chicken Breast + 1 Whole Egg + Steamed Veggies
Snack: 1 scoop MuscleMilk + 1/2 scoop Whey + 1/2 scoop Casein
Post-Workout: 2 scoop Whey Protein
Dinner: 1 cup Cooked Brown Rice + 7 oz Boneless Chicken Breast + 1 Whole Egg + Steamed Veggies
Pre-Bed: 1/2 scoop Casein Protein + 1/2 scoop Soy Protein + 1/2 scoop Whey Protein
It's about 2gr of protein per pound of bodyweight + 1gr of carb per pound of bodyweight + 1/2gr of fat per pound of bodyweight.
