Morning cardio + aminos ??

I've been doing cardio in the mornings before any food to help trim up a little bit... But I don't want to lose any strength/mass. I have some xtend that I use during my lifting at night.

My question is, will using a couple scoops of xtend during my 40 minute morning jog take away from the fat burning effects of fasted cardio, or will it keep me from going catabolic but still trim the fat?
 
It wont effect fat burning and it will keep you from buring muscle for energy. Lots of guys sip BCAA's during cardio, especially fasted cardio.

I'll sip aminos during my 30-40 minute morning run, I usually drink a small whey isolate shake with a scoop of xtend right after and have my full breakfast 30-45 minutes after.
 
Id go modern bcaa I like the 8,1,1, ratii
 
So what kind of cardio do you recommend, natty?

And I know.. The modern bcaa is nice but the xtend was on sale over at nutra so I picked that up. Figured some amino is better than no amino
 
Being in the military for years I run every morning. If I didnt wake up extra early har a small snack and shake I wouldn't keep any of my gains. I've been doing it for years you can say iama guinea pig lol
 
BCAAs before fasted cardio for me too. I've been using BCAA before and after cardio for some time now
 
The whole fasted cardio thing has been disproved.

But to answer your question BCAAs are essential for not being catabolic when doing cardio

Can you please show how this has been disproven please?
 
What he means is, u don't neccessarly burn mire fat fasted which imo could be debated but I prefer cardiovascular HR at 120 45min after workout
