I've been doing cardio in the mornings before any food to help trim up a little bit... But I don't want to lose any strength/mass. I have some xtend that I use during my lifting at night.
My question is, will using a couple scoops of xtend during my 40 minute morning jog take away from the fat burning effects of fasted cardio, or will it keep me from going catabolic but still trim the fat?
