Got my posing suit last night and did some posing for my wife. She lol'd and said I look like I should be on the French Riviera! She did help me work on my posing though, so it's all good!

However, I didn't get enough cardio in at all last night. I did a quick run to the store and back, but didn't make it to the treadmill. So yesterday was 20 min LISS in the AM and 20 min jog in the PM. Terrible cardio day :(

I'll be back in it today for sure, no letting up yet!!!

LISS Cardio 30 minutes - HR ~132


Overall a good workout, I had some great pumps, and my arms are getting a lot more definition. Bicep is peaking a lot more now that the fat is carved away. Separation is getting really nice between biceps, triceps, and delts. Good striations when posing too.

These supersets are killers for sure, but they seem to be doing the trick. It's higher reps and volume than I'm used to (usually high weight and low rep, 5x5 or DC style). I was starting to feel a bit ill during cardio and getting to work, but was better after my oatmeal.

I hardboiled some eggs too, so now I have good snacks for during the day. I also brought in some canned tuna; now that diet has to be tightened even more and stick to high protein foods.

Wife said I was really looking good last night when I was posing. My major deficiency is lack of definition in my legs. I'll have to bring those up ASAP, probably work legs twice a week with supersets.

What's even more wild is that I haven't had any real sides to speak of. No lethargy, no acne, very little strength/muscle gain, and no BP issues. I have noticed as of today I'm probably having some BPH, but it's minimal. Oh, and I have atrophy down there, that's about it...

Overall it's been surprisingly mild for such a crazy stack. Results have also not been as exceptional as I was anticipating. Goes to show more doesn't equal better! The stuff is legit, so not worried about that...

I've been in a caloric deficit, so I wasn't expecting much gain, but I thought the fat would melt off faster. It definitely picked up with the 2hrs of cardio and further reduced calories, but not sure how long I can keep that up! Muscle has stayed on pretty well, so at least I've got that!

I am excited for the show on the 23rd, I just hope I won't embarass myself and at least be in good condition!!! I need to cut this fat ASAP, and learn how to pose!
 
I'm sure you will do great in the show Milas. And everybody has to walk out there a first time once...so even though I've never competed, I would say you could only get better from doing this...win, lose, or whatever

Yah I'm a rookie at prepping with anabolics and was shocked to see how I maintained/gained weight on so little calories, I took it to the extreme and now fat is falling off. Like I have been saying it's going to be a fire fight. :firedevil: I need more time but will have to go with what is left...:whiner:

Yeah, I think I'm going to cut on-cycle and bulk natural for the future. It's nice to maintain the muscle while getting shredded in what would otherwise be a catabolic mess. I think I'll miss the incredible strength gains, but easier to keep results at the end I think. We'll see how it goes!

How low are your calories now? Yesterday I was really low, like around 1400 calories with 200g protein. I think I need to increase my protein a little, especially with the double cardio! Thank goodness for BCAA/EAA!

Not that low, I don't go below 2000 as a rule .. maybe a shade...wow 1855 just calculated them. It could be a tad higher as I may eat a bit more beef than 24 oz ed and a tad more fish but I think it's a average of about 1900. Desperate times....:omfg:
 
Man I'm amazed (and happy for you) that you aren't seeing any sides with Superdrol and Tren....Crazy!

Thanks, I just wish I was getting what I think of as "normal" SD/Tren results! I guess I'm reaching my goal, so I shouldn't be disappointed, but I am quite surprised.

I think I understand now how some folks think their PH/DS is bunk when their diet and training are not right for their goals (i.e., non-responders).

Milas is like TG, he seems to be immune to any sides as well and TG goes pretty ballz out when he goes.

I wish I was like TG, nowhere near as big or as good of results! Sides don't seem to be an issue for me, at least not the ones that manifest themselves in noticeable ways. What always concerns me is the long term damage I'm doing without knowing it. I just hope my body can recover and keep up! :chairshot:

My urine has been getting really dark lately since starting the Epi and dropping the M-Drol. Odd IMO. I'm drinking the same amount of water, or more, and it's quite dark. I don't know if it's buildup of tren over time or the Epi is hitting me harder, or if the M-Drol wasn't all there... Just odd cutting on cycle!

My legs have been lagging my upper body in contest prep, so I decided to split leg day into quads and hamstrings so I can get them separately and hopefully get more definition. I was also short on time today, and quads kill me on time (and energy)!

When I woke up this morning, I was feeling dead (went to bed 12AM, got up 5AM). I NEEDED carbs, so I had a peaut butter cup granola bar, bite of a brownie, some raspberries, some tortilla chips and a rice crispy treat (~60g carbs total). This is TOTALLY uncharacteristic for me, but I felt my body needed it for legs (and sanity)! It felt good (and tasted incredible), but I don't think I'm going to make a habit of it! But what a nice way to cheat! (now it's all I can think about!)

I think I'll do quads tomorrow, and finish up on chest/back Friday. I have posing class on Saturday, so may do some light work then too.
 
I'm not sure how you guys do it. I am a mess on less than 100g a day of carbs. I'm pretty much hating life at that point. I am usually cutting around 150ish at the lowest, but then again 10% bodyfat is about the lowest I go and I don't do contests either

Yah it's fuggin miserable for sure... I have no choice inthe matter if I want to get lean enough... these are the things that make competing so difficult for me. It's all about how much you can take... I want carbs so bad right now but that will have to wait for the appointed time.

Yes, it felt sooooo good. I had some carbs this morning too for Quads. Raspberries, brown rice, and a little piece of brownie. Helped me have a good workout!

I am a mess! My wife doesn't like this one bit! I think she's more excited about me being done than I am!!! The diet is probably the worst part, then the cardio.

how long you running t-3 for?

I'll probably start tapering down next week. Funny thing, I thought I had 200mcg per ml, but turns out it was only 100mcg, so I've been dosing half of what I posted until the last few days. So now the real effects should start happening. Oh, and I'm adding back in Albuterol.

It's possible to drop 2-3% in a few weeks.. hard but possible...

Wow, that's great BF%. I'm estimating myself to be not that low and I don't think I'll ever reach 5-7%, unless I'm reaching for a glass of milk.

You're doing what you need to do, just try and squeeze out a couple more adjustments over the next couple of weeks... did you take some time off work before the contest.

The Wednesday and Thursday before the contest I have a major conference I need to attend. That's really going to hamper my prep...

I'm taking the friday before off to get all the necessary stuff done, and early weigh in at 5PM. I don't think I'm going to make it to 176 (I'm around 190 stil), so I shouldn't have any problem. But boy am I looking forward to dinner on Saturday!!!
 
Oh, and I have been a little lax on sneaking in some no-no food, a bite here and there. I need to cut that sh!t out! I hope my Waldens Farms stuff comes in soon, zero cal FTW!!!

Don't bother trying to figure out what you're going to weigh if you have to go lower you go lower prep is crazy like that and you never know how much water you'll shed or how well you carb up will work..

Speaking of which what method are you using to volumize...

I was just thinking carb up with pasta and sweet potatoes, about 400g or so. I have never done this, and only started looking into it because of this contest! I guess I should figure this part out!!!

Yes and quickly, there are conventional methods where you decarb and take 3 days to gradually carb up and you deplete water at the end, I am using an easier night before method of 800 grams between 12 and 8 pm with somewhat depleted water... I use a mix of calorie dense higher glycemic carbs like frozen yogurt and rice, potatoes, pasta and bagels. You need to practice to find out what works. Ask your coach they will probably gove you a conventional method to try..

Same here man I felt hardly any difference when I was cutting on epi and cutting naturally. I feel they only help if you already built up more muscle then you could have natually or when you start to dip to 8% or so bodyfat and your body starts losing size and strength faster.

I think the anabolics have helped me keep muscle as I've cut back on calories and increased cardio. I wouldn't say that anyone would guess I'm on cycle though. It's an odd situation in my mind, just different from what I have known.
 
Just finished my 60 minutes of LISS cardio, time to go to bed and do it all over again!
 
I've never cut on cycle, but there is a big benefit in the muscle sparing abilities of it. I'm trying a recomp during my next one hoping to shed some fat and build some muscle..:)

The problem is the only way it would be possible is if you were totally decarbed, so you would have to carb up after the weigh in to get your muscle volume back. Kind of tough to do cuz unless the weigh in is early afternoon the previous day you don't really have time.

I can weigh in at 5PM on Friday, pre-judging is at 9:30AM Saturday...

That's a quick carb up but might work... say 600 grams in 5 hours...

I may give it a try. If I fail, I will have learned my lesson, but I think I'll have a better shot at placing in the Middleweights...

Middle weight can be very tough they are always so ripped and there are so many competitors, do they not have a novice...
 
nope, no novice. But it's a new show, and they hadn't registered a lot of bodybuilders (just a lot of fitness and bikini). The promoter said it's a great 1st show...

My posing coach was really impressed with the change in 2 weeks, I've dropped 10lbs, and they said I made some gains! My poses are looking much better now to. They said I've done a complete 180, so doing pretty good.

So, last 3 weeks of killing it in the gym, on the treadmill, and in the kitchen! The diet is the hardest, closely followed by the 2 hours of cardio (ugh). I wish it was easier, but I can't complain about the results!

So, last 3 weeks of killing it in the gym, on the treadmill, and in the kitchen! The diet is the hardest, closely followed by the 2 hours of cardio (ugh). I wish it was easier, but I can't complain about the results!

Awesome bro. That is pretty impressive! You're puttin in some serious work. Can't wait to see the progress pics!
 
Quite a few! Hoestly, I haven't kept count, but it's somewhere in week 2 I think.

I can definitely tell the difference with AndroLean, making me sweat like a beast! Last night when I did my hour LISS, I SOAKED my normal sweat rag (literally dripping), and then soaked a towel through!!! Yeah, intense sweating going on.

I'm really starting to lean out too with the added cardio, but I have to think all the supplements are helping. Nothing beats good ol' hard work though!

I think I'll be ready for my contest on April 23rd, I just have to get my posing right. I weighed in around ~193 today, 15 pound loss so far.

going to get either androhard/androlean, or 2 androhards and run it for 8 weeks. can't make up my mind.:blink:
