Another good workout. I split my leg day into hamstrings and quads on separate days, and for the first time doing it, I like it! I don't feel as rushed trying to cram in all the leg exercises, and I felt I had a bit more energy to push harder on some lifts. All in all, my legs feel thrashed!
I'm looking forward to posing class this weekend, hopefully my coach will be happy with my progress over the last 2 weeks. I'm estimating myself between 7-9% bf right now. I'd really like to drop it to the 5-7% for the show, but that's just 3 weeks away and I don't know how I could raise intesity any more (especially cardio)!!!
