Had my posing class today, and got in a good chest/back workout with a little cardio (gonna do more tonight).

My posing coach was really impressed with the change in 2 weeks, I've dropped 10lbs, and they said I made some gains! My poses are looking much better now to. They said I've done a complete 180, so doing pretty good.

So, last 3 weeks of killing it in the gym, on the treadmill, and in the kitchen! The diet is the hardest, closely followed by the 2 hours of cardio (ugh). I wish it was easier, but I can't complain about the results!

Yeah, this is the craziest stack I have/will ever run. I figured I had a stash that wasn't getting used, and might as well use them now when there's a purpose!

1) Osta was good at maintaining muscle while dieting down. I think it's a good addition to a PCT, or cycling in between PH/DS/AAS. It gave a boost, and I'd like to use it when I'm more in bulk mode.

2) AndroLean has a great thermogenic effect. When I started taking it, I began sweating a lot harder during exercise and cardio. I also believe it's helping offset any lethargy while on cycle because I feel no lethargy right now! While I think the price is a bit high for the results, it's a good product. I'd like to see it in the $30-40 range, which I doubt will happen. I'd rather get the new RLS Dermacrine and add some 7-keto powder or liquid.

3) X-Factor Advanced was good, but I didn't feel the pumps from it as much as I would've liked. It's probably one of the best natty supplements I've used, but doesn't approach PH/DS level. Again, a good addition to PCT or between cycles IMO. I have gotten much leaner, but that may be due to the overall stack, reduction in calories, and tons of cardio!

I'm trying to break my supplement addiction, but you know how good I am at that!

BTW, the Eviscerate is feeling nice and warm this morning. I added in some extra yohimbine and 11-oxo to kick it up a notch! I like TD 11-oxo much better than oral...
 
Yah that's a lot of weight in a short time, you must have been retaining some water... Water or fat when you lose it, the impact is pretty similar.

Well whatever it is, it's working quite well. I'm getting definition I've never seen on my serratus and obliques, and abs are popping now.

I was starting to feel weaker in the gym this morning, but that may be due to hitting chest/back on Saturday, and then foolishly doing it again today with only 1 day of rest and an hour of cardio right before bed...

I was foolish and hit chest/back today after working it just 2 days ago! Stupid, stupid, stupid... That said, I did get a good burn going on all these, just weaker than I liked.

Fat keeps dropping, and I'm getting pretty good at posing. Muscles are popping a lot more now! With the added Eviscerate to target some areas I should be good in my midsection. Now I need to work on getting better definition in my legs, but I fear that I may be lagging there too severly that I won't get them to pop the way I want.

Overall, I feel like I'm on a good track to finish strong in 3 weeks! I can't wait to go to Texas de Brazil after my competition, and then an all you can eat sushi bar!!!
 
What 11-oxo topical are you using?

I got bulk powder from smart-powders and added it to DermaBolic carrier for the first part, then I went oral, now I mixed in ~4-5g in the Eviscerate and take an oral dose.

LISS Cardio 35 minutes

Overall felt good. Definition is finally coming in to my legs when I flex, though I still have work to do. I think splitting into a quad day and hamstring day to focus on legs will help, but it's all going to come down to how much fat I can burn off!

I missed evening cardio last night, so I'll have to step it up tonight. I'll have to find something good on Netflix and power through!

Oh, a co-worker said I was getting too skinny. I guess my progress is pretty noticeable even with a button down shirt and pants on!

I am a huge fan of carb cycling to start I think I can add more muscle than a normal cut diet will if a cut diet will add muscle.

I also would advise keeping fish oil very high. It helps insulin work better and will also help the mood stay better throughout it.

Diet soda= savior.

Workout was alright, nothing special. My wrist, which I hurt about 4-5 weeks ago gives me a lot of trouble on CG bench press. After tweaking it, I had to resort to using the same EZ bar I was using for curls. Other than that all lifts felt good. I can really see the muscles starting to pop now.

In the lockeroom I did some posing and some good striations are coming in all over. I am excited to see where I'll be in 2.5 weeks for my show! I'm shooting for the 176lb category (middleweight). I might have a slight chance there. I'm not sure what my weight is now, I'll weigh in sometime soon.

Oh, I bought an Omron body fat handheld thingy. When it comes in, I'll put up what my bf% is. Should be interesting!!!

I've heard of carb cycling, but I never got into it. I've found that keeping carbs low constantly works really well for my body. I don't think I'd add much muscle in the deficit I'm currently in.

I switched to Krill oil, but I should bump up some fish oil too. I used to take 10-15g or more, but now I'm just doing 1g of Krill.

Doesn't diet soda cause an insulin response due to the artificial sweetner? I thought I read that somewhere...


Thanks for the ideas, do you have any more information on carb cycling? Something really simple that even I could understand?

Sometime in the middle of the night I woke up with a HORRIBLE cramp in my right calf. I literally fell out of bed and writhed on the floor in pain. I managed to get it loosened up a little and climbed back into bed about 2 minutes later. When I woke up at 5AM, I could barely walk on my right leg, the calf had never really unknotted. I was planning on doing chest/back today instead of hammies because of this, but when I got to the gym I worked some light calf work and it started to feel a bit better. Now later in the day around 9:30AM my right hamstring cramps up real bad. So now my right calf and hamstring are lame! Yuck!

I started the AMS stack today, and boy was it a lot! I felt llike I was going to puke a couple times, really bad too, I had to run to the bathroom. My mouth was locking up like I was getting ready, while saliva was just dripping out of my mouth. Not cool. I may try just 1 scoop Pump Fixx tomorrow and see if it's better.

Yesterday was a bad food day. I met up with a colleague that I haven't seen in a while and we were supposed to meet up months ago for a beer. Well, last night we met up and I had a couple beers, and not light beer, full up IPA 6% ABV. I also ate some crab and artichoke dip with french bread. When I got home, I was ravenous for carbs! I ate a whole lot of stuff I shouldn't have, like fruits, chocolate, rice crispie treats, breakfast cereal, cookies, etc. I stuffed my face! I felt so bad I went down and did 40 minutes of HIIT before bed, ~650 calories burned in 4 miles.

Even with all that binging last night, I weighed in at 184.6 after the run at night. So, still making progress, and still getting shredded. Phew! No more of that until this contest is over!
 
I just wish my wife would notice my erectors... wait wut? :D

Albuterol doesn't give me any problems really, unless I take a really high dose. I can probably take a nap after 6mg now with this tolerance I've built up! I never heard about it causing IBS or giving people craps...

I woke up late and didn't have much time in the gym due to early meetings. I didn't get a chance to do cardio either. Perhaps tomorrow I'll do some arms/shoulders work. I might get together with my posing coach too for some extra practice and planning.

I tried a carb up tonight. After dinner (salmon and brocoli) I ate the following:

Brown Rice (45g carbs)
Grapefruit (20g)
Cheerios (20g)
Wheat Bread (25g)
Jelly (25g)
Sherbert (30g)
Popcorn (30g)
Dried Fruit (50g)

Total 245g carbs

Daily totoal 68g Fat - 388g Carbs - 250g Protein - 3,127 Calories


I took a couple glycobol and Need2Slin in there too, with dinner.

I'm not well versed in carb-ups. How is this in your opinions? What should I change, add, or remove?
 
Woke up, and did an hour fasted cardio. 20 minutes HIIT, 40 minutes LISS. I'll do some more tonight too. Posing tomorrow with my coach. Legs are starting to get defined and veiny.

I got a Norelco Bodygroom 2030, and it worked very well. Trimmed up everywhere today, no nicks. Even sensitive places.
 
Not too good IMO. I feel a bit soft and washed out. I think I fill up better on protein and fat, like a good steak or even protein shakes.
 
Got back from posing practice, and it went AWESOME! My coach was really impressed with my progress. He said I'll have striated glutes for the show, which is ridiculous! My front double bicep is my best pose, followed by most muscular. One of the other competitors showed up too, and he was really impressed with my leg definition.

Fasted cardio thie morning, 20 minutes HIIT, 40 minutes LISS. Light arm/shoulder workout before posing. Tanning for 10 minutes. Quick jog in the afternoon. More cardio tonight. Yipee...

I am continuing to demolish the Layne Norton Cheesecake. It is easily my favorite non-cheat though it feels like a cheat food! 20g protein, 6g carbs, 2.5g fat per slice! Woot! I'm going to mix up the ingredients a little next time I make it, add some protein powder or something.

That cheesecake sounds amazing. I'm gonna make some this week. Lemme know if you add anything and how it turns out. I was thinking adding some Cake Batter whey would taste damn good in it for some extra protein :439:
