Reverse ez bar preachers - 50x20; no wrist pain today! :woohoo: I'm hopin I can FINALLY go back up in weight on this!
Stretch for 45 secs
Russian calves - 160x75
Stretch each calve 45 secs
Goodmornings - felt weak on these today but I also went deeper on these; ended on 135x6, last I did like 160 on this for like 12 lol. Just wasnt feeling it I guess.
Ham stretch w/ 95 for 45 secs
1 legged ext. - worked up to 110x10 (each); too easy
Strairmaster for 10 mins ~140 cals
Also did some planks, leg/hip raises, ab roller exercises in between sets. Pretty sweet workout.
Pre - 1 scoop Poseidon (didnt do sh1t for me today. not gonna use it.), 8 sprays Ghenny, 5 prime (600mg version), 2 Meltodown, and a partridge and a pair tree.
Intra - 1 scoop Vassive, 500mg ALCAR (giving me some really nice endurance! :yup![]()

Second, SPILL on the quad stretch. You don't drop a bomb like "Quad stretch - 25 secs...doing a new quad stretch that works better than the DC stretch..IMO." then casually go on like you said nothing at all... hahaha well I get on my knees, sitting upright, sit on my calves, and then lean back, stretching out my quads. This is nothing new. I just think it works better for quad stretching than DC's quad stretch.

I had to workout today because I am going to be working out M-W-F now instead of W-F-Su because of school schedule change next semester. May as well change it up now.
Decline db press - warmed up to 75x8-5-2=15; will stick here until I get over 20.
Stretch w/65 for 60 secs
Seated cable press - warmed up to 13x11-6-5=22; will up it to 14 next time.
Stretch for 45 secs - felt soooo good
1 arm db ext. - warmed up to 35x5, was too heavy so I dropped it to 30x8-5-5=18; will stay here.
stretch for 45 secs
Wide hammer grip pulldowns (no straps) - warmed up to 175x7-5-5=17; will up weight 5lbs next time. I was repping over 200 last time I tried this (first blast)..but I expected this since I am cutting.
Wide reverse grip smith rows to upper abs - warmed up to 120x12 pffft...I could have done so much more. I will def be pushing myself harder on this next time.
Lat stretch (WIDE) for 60 secs..grip was destroyed at this point.
Db shrugs - 70x16.
Was a really nice workout. I had to do a night workout so it wasnt fasted and I had to deal with a full gym. Fueled my workpout tho :12:...I'm not sure why but everyone was staring at me and my workout partner the whole time. Not sure what it was. :dunno:..is it like gay that we were doing the same exercises? I don't get it. It's not like we were doing synchronized lifting at the same damn time! lol Got a really sick pump today. My girl had dinner cooked for me ready when I walked in the door. God, I love her! So I was able to get the best out of it!...on a related note: I have some SLIN on the way :yup:. I am ready to get this cycle going. Only thing is I have a trip to NY at the end of January which will require me to bring my goodies along and that makes me a bit nervous. I may have to just hold off until I get back :frustrate really sucks! I am so ready for this. Maybe I need to just keep cutting and get my bf down more before jumping on this...ugh..I have some pondering to do. Your opinions would be greatly appreciated guys!
