Ordered some Prime :woohoo:. I have been on Ghenny for a month now and if LG is cool with it, I'd really like to go ahead and stack them for the remainder of the bottle. Since I dropped the dose down to 5/5, I can make this stack last and KILL! Whadya guys think?

GHenerate is awesome, and everything else is treating me great as well. I unfortunately have to drop both of my AI's (T911/I3C) as I'm going to be running Letro to try and get rid of this gyno. I hate having to drop the T911; one of the best parts of this stack!
I really have my diet solid these days, so I hope to be packing on a few solid pounds in the next 4 weeks. I'm two weeks into my stack, and if these next few weeks prove worthy, I'll purchase another bottle of PRIME to make it 9 weeks total.

Just trying to keep you on your toes, bud! - Once this beastly stack I'm currently on is over with (Currently lasts for another 4wks, 6wks if I end up purchasing another bottle of PRIME) I'm going to take a week of rest, and then possibly start up a growth cycle. I've been looking into 1-Andro RX/1T-Tren, or M1D/1T-Tren...I've also considered Test Prop, but I don't think it would be worth the extra effort.
i am thinking sometime this winter to run some kind of sd clone with the test cyp, or maybe dimeth.
I still don't know crap about Dimethazine. - If you go with an SD clone, I really recommend the Microdrol if you can get a hold of it. Great stuff, for sure. It seems to really stay in your system longer, and the fact that you don't need as much really allows the positive effects to shine. I was on 5mg/day and felt amazing. Take it from me, BigT, I'm not one to low dose anything, but I felt GREAT on a low dose of Microdrol.

Had a decent workout today. Some good things happened some things went down.

Db curls - 60x7-5-5=17 (-4 reps)
Reverse ez bar curls - 50x17; wrist was feeling good today. Moved up 10lbs. Gonna stay here until I can reach 30 reps. My wrist isnt ready for 60 yet.
Db holds - 120x60 secs; up 25 secs
stretch for 45 secs
Calve ext. - 1x25, 2x25, 3, 25, 4 plates for 25 reps. Will throw a 25 on next time.
stretch for 60 secs each calf
Good mornings - 160x13; this is up 4 reps. Killed it on these today!
P/L hacks - ended on 8 plates for 6 reps; this is up 1 rep.
Prime will be in tomorrow or the next day. Which gives me enough time to get it into my system before Wednesday's workout. I will get up a review for Ghenerate and some pics before starting up though. TO BE CLEAR! I am not done with Ghenerate. I still have like half a bottle and can't wait to stack this with Prime. It's gonna be sick! I'm hoping to hold onto this strength and then some on this cut/recomp.
I will have to try that dose pre w/o today as well.
Id reccomend them on a blast, worst case scenario: you sit on a box. Ive gotten stuck 1-2 times maxing out and all you do is lean forward a little. Very easy to dump weight if sh1t hits the fan.I've always wanted to try Box Squats. Maybe on my next cruise.

uhhh Idk man... if you don't do em right you could eff your lower back. be sure to go down easy on the box and stay tight the whole time. watch some youtube vids... and don't rock back while on the box.

When you sit the first time, get the feet in position then lean forward to the point where you feel balanced over them with a nice arch in your back. You do not roll forward anymore from this position. It is a straight upward push. You now stay locked into that position thru-out the reps. you do not sit down and lean back. I only do these in my power rack with the pins set right under where the bar would be when in my locked position. The pucker moment is just coming off the box and wondering if you are continueing up or not. Great exercise for explosiveness!!

Ya and them hip flexors. Kinda akward at first, little def technique on it but power gets built up so fast, worth trying.Sounds like it really engages those glutes.
