Man, she was smiling and all that, she just didn't understand me. It's not like she ignored me. I swear those Eastern Euro chicks are broken like dogs. They're so submissive; always smiling but looking at the floor when you're talking to them. They must get the $hit beaten out of them their entire life before they come here.

This area is just flooded with them. Moldovan, Russian, and Czech women are all over the place. Occasionally I meet some from Turkey and Poland as well. More often than not they're 8.5+. Gorgeous women. They're not very fun, though. They don't understand American sarcasm. It makes it very difficult to flirt.

Seriously dude, I had a german GF who did not get american jokes at all! It drove me crazy. And yes she wanted to kill me when I left, went the whole stalker status thing and all. Very hot though, she was a 9.

From 19-24 I was a kept man, was fun for a bit then I got married and grew up into a real man. Now I would never be a kept man again, but I am in no way opposed to gifts... Of course being married all of that is in my past now. I don't miss it a bit.

The girls I was with didn't want me working. Now looking back on it, that was a type of control they thought they had. No job, no money of his own, he can't leave. WHEW I am glad i grew up though. Took me a practice wife to get me on the right path, then the real love of my life came along once I was all growed up and ready to be a real husband. I can not imagine not working everyday, unless I won the lottery or some such that I didn't need to work to pay my own bills. Funny how life changes us, and we can become completely different than our original tracks in life.

Yeah I often refer to the old me as a loser. Interesting though that all my friends thought that I was THE MAN! I wasn't even scraping the surface of being a real man then. I always had a good heart but that was about the end of it. Was the good heart that led me out of it too.

I don't mind paying for dinner and stuff, but I always appreciate a "thank you." - Sometimes, the more time I spend with them, the less inclined they are to say it, and sometimes they quit saying it all together. That really bothers me. My Mom even still thanks my Dad for dinner when we go out, and they've been married nearly 30yrs.

I just get sick of it when they expect it from you. Fckin selfish.

haha nah I just had to poo. Had a kickass workout and will report later. Down 1 rep on squats though which is decent considering I am cutting. Concrete I am at about a month. I may take a few days off from Ghenerate soon. I took last night off and I actually slept the best I slept this whole run. I think it was due to being soooooo tired tho. Teh Ghenny is back on now though :yup:
 
I get up and down fluctuations in my lifts as well. It's usually from over-training. I can tell when it's a definite drop in strength or just my body being tired. I was down a couple reps today on Squats myself, but my Quads are fried from all the work this week, so I know it's nothing permanent. I'll probably be right back up next week.
 
I hear ya man. I was sooo beat by the time I got to squats. I went up on leg presses before hand though so I half expected it anyway.

Ya, that happens to me too. Often I'll be up in the first exercise and so much energy is exerted that my next exercise suffers. I've been in the gym long enough to know when that's the case. I don't worry about those days. The fact of the matter is you're still crushing your muscles, regardless of whether it was down from last week or not, so you're still making progress physique-wise.

Even at only 3 training sessions per week my body is beat to the ground. I do have additional days dedicated to cardio, but it just seems like everything is getting worked so heavily. I'm forcing through the process as I know it's good to do this occasionally, but I won't be able to last TOO long on this.

My current split is setup like this:

Mon - Back/Tris/Traps/Quads

Wed - OLY Day; Back Squats, Flat Bench BB Press, Good Mornings, BB High Rows

Fri - Hams/Chest/Delts/Calves

...20mins cardio every training day, and on Tue/Sat I get in a 30-45min session cardio.

Oi! I'm beat.
 
Nice set up man. Your cardio protocol looks very similar to what I am trying to do.
 
Work out was good today but I did not go up on any of my lifts at all. Some the numbers were the same and some I was down 1 rep but no more than that. This is my least favorite part of cutting. I guess I just have to let go of my ego and just take it like a man. I got some of the best sleep I have gotten this whole run last night at 5 sprays an hour pre bed as opposed to 20 mins pre bed. I got like 6.5 hours sleep and I woke up before my alarm clock! I love that! And I felt so rested! Looking forward to chilln for the next 2 days. Gonna kill it on Sunday!
 
6.5 hours of sleep and waking up before the alarm is set off?! Man I need to add this stuff to my arsenal. In a case like that I would grab the alarmclock and throw it in the wall if I've only gotten 6.5 hours of sleep :)

Rob, I was reading some of Dante's posts on intensemuscle to read up on DC, and he was saying the 2 way split adds more mass, and he only uses the other split for his advance trainees to work on their weak areas. Any reason you wen't for the other split instead of the 2 way split?

Have you notice much difference in composition since you started measuring your peanut butter? Could also be a little bit of the strength drop, you know lower cals. I was eyeballing my peanut butter and was averaging twice the amount I thought I had once I started measuring. 2-3 times of that a days is a good 400-600 cals a day. Also remember once your body makes the shift fully strength will start to come back up again.

I think it will be a good way to preserve mass while cutting a little more with the added cardio. Thanks for the tip man. Log looks good, the extra rest will do ya well. I get stuck in a rut of not putting up what I did last workout, so I add some gym time, which turns into just a self defeating cycle of over training, at least for me. With gym times limited sometimes, I have to fit in what I can, when I can.

Yeah he said a lot of guys feel they need to do more but will actualy grow more on the 3 workouts a week because of the added recovery.

Ah, peanut butter. That's probably something I should add in. I've actually been going out more than normal and the last meal is the toughest for me to appropriately fit into my schedule. I need to buckle down and get that last meal set just right. If I started waking up earlier it wouldn't be an issue, but I've been going to bed late. I need to start taking Franklin's advice. Imagine if Ben Franklin would have been on GHenerate...
 
Ordered some Prime :woohoo:. I have been on Ghenny for a month now and if LG is cool with it, I'd really like to go ahead and stack them for the remainder of the bottle. Since I dropped the dose down to 5/5, I can make this stack last and KILL! Whadya guys think?
 
Also I am taking Coconut oil in place of some of my pb meals because I'm getting in too many trace carbs from it. Diets rocken right now!

be careful on coconut oil; a little overmeasurement and that results in instant fat gain. it sucks.
 
I hear ya man. Ever since Kleen recommended that for pb, I carry a tbs with me everywhere.
