werd. Actually my libido is starting to creep up now. I was getting pretty damn randy at the gym today. Will have to save it up for the lady tonight :yup:
I am not seeing fat loss as fast as I would like it. I'm not being impatient. It just seems like I lost a little fat and now it has stopped. So I am upping the cardio. Carbs are still 50g or under. Had a nice lil workout today. Recovery between sets and endurance were intense! Pumps were delicious :food:

Core , scap, and warm up cardio
Low incline db press - 80x6-3-4=13; Im up 1 rep here and it was on my last set lol. Dropped to 60x6; lost 3 reps here but I had very minimal rest.
Inner pec flys - 45x12, 65x12
Seated iso press - 155x7-3-4=14; up 5lbs and 1 rep :woohoo:
stretched for only 35 secs today. Didnt want to fry my delt out before dips.
Dips - +35x10-6-7=23; I thought about doing 45 but I just didnt want to let my ego get the best of me. Guess I should have lol. I will def be using a 45 next time for my r/p sets.
Pullups - These just get harder and harder for me each time because of my weight increase

. I dropped the weight 5lbs today because I knew I gained weight. +40x4-3-3=10; this is 2 more reps than I did last time with 45.
WIDE FARKIN GRIP BB ROWS - 220x4, back off to 155 REALLY WIDE for 12 reps.
Lat hang for 60 secs
Wide grip upright smith rows - just threw 10's on and repped it out for 20.
Cardio for 20 mins after.
