Well my point is this: It takes around 45 mins to go back into REM. So if you wake up 30-45 mins before you are supposed to wake up, dont go back to sleep. It serves you no purpose. It actually makes you more tired. So what I was saying is if you are going to wake up 45 mins early to dose, do just that. Wake up 45 mins, dose, and stay up. JMO

I would ove to do that and will try butI am not sure if the ravinous guy that occupies my stomach would like that very much. you don't want to see him angry.:outtahere:

If that's the case, then he has plenty to keep him busy while he awaits his feast :food:
 
I might try that just a protein shake and then get my real breakfast in. I am gonna be carb cycling so I will not be getting alot of carbs in on most days anyways.

met I talked to Eric, here is your dosing protocal for pre workout..15 minutes prior to workouts and no stomach doesn't have to be empty but it is preffered

15 mins pre w/o! That's insane! lol...but I will do what the big man says. Why would it be ok for me not to dose on empty? Wouldn't that mitigate the effectiveness of the product?

I can for sure say that this stuff makes me one hungry sob. I am starving! Im particularly craving fats. PB is my friend. It's good tho because I dont want carbs right now blunting the GH effects.

Aye. PB is grrrrreat! I haven't had any in a while. I think I'll start adding it in again. My cals are probably around 2300-2400 right now. Going up about 200cals/wk until I hit 3200 or so.

Seems everyone gets an appetite increase on this stuff, not a bad thing. I really love Snac Lite's PB, matter of fact, gonna grab a big scoop of it now!!

Not yet but I only took my first dose last night, had some cool dreams though and felt very rested when I got up. Hopefully second dosing will bring more results. I am hoping for some mood enhancement:cheers:

haha you guys and your wishful thinking. I layed down to take a nap before class and guess what? I set my alarm for am instead of pm and missed class and slept for 2 hours lol. It was worth it. I got some awesome sleep (no dreams tho) and now I get to have a delicious salmon w/brown sugar dinner! You heard right. If you haven't had salmon with brown sugar on it, you haven't lived!

Anyway, Kleen, what are crazy dreams for Metroba? Well when I am on cycle I have "crazy" dreams where I am beating the sh1t out of people or lifting vehicles and throwing them, weird sex dreams where I have 2 di*ks. Just weird. I'm not hoping for these type dreams, just more dream creativity. I practice lucid dreaming and I do all sorts of "crazy" stuff already. Like flying, running alongside vehicles, sex, jumping really high. These are some of my favorite things to do. I'd like to see myself try out some new things.

Try salmon with sweet bbq sauce on it..mmmm mmmm good. I am also really wanting some crazy ass dreams

The first night I noticed crazy dreams.

Within a few days the rest was way better. Pretty much instantly for me.

I have been meaning to ask you a question as well...

What kind of weighted dip belt did you purchase? I am looking to pick one up.
