Metroba tests out new Glycobol!!!

haha yeah man...I ran out of Prime and stopped the Neovar a few days before starting the log..

Other supps Im on are:
Intra aid 1 scoop on lifting days
Meltdown at 2 caps on lifting days

Just keeping it simple right now..I was getting tired of taking 100 pills a day :dead:

I took CL's Green Mag, and that was that magnesium chelate creatine as well. That stuff was great, so I have high hopes for Trinitine.

I like Meltdown..has a clean energy and I dont get jittery. The dose is 3 caps and I only need 2. So I've made the bottle last very long.

Update:
Im seeing some muscle hardness/fullness and vascularity. And Im starting to see more of recomp take place.
 
Pretty impressive especially when you consider you stopped taking a couple supplements just before starting Glycobol.

Just wanted to comment that my hams are STILL burning from 3 days ago!! Ive been stretching and the pain is still going strong!! :smite:
 
Nice progress bud!! My hammys are still killing me form 3 days ago as well, though my legs are nothing like you guy's that are posting on here. Glad to see everything falling into place for ya!!

Had pretty kickass workout! Went it with a lot of rage. Some from road rage, some from fighting with the girl, some just outa the blue! :dunno: I was ready to crush this workout and leave nothing behind!:firedevil:

1. Tried out plate raises today for the first time. And I liked em a lot. It was a different feeling. I started with two 10's for 16, three 10's (took a lot of grip) for 16, then took the 45 and held it from the sides for 16 slow controlled reps. I felt like I needed more tho. So grabbed the 45 more toward the bottom for another 12 reps. The lower grip just killed me!!!
2. 1 arm reverse x-over (rear delts) - when Ive done this before I've always used two arms but had to try out 1 arm today. The pump I got from this was INTENSE!! I loved it!!
3. Wide grip neck pulldowns - widest grip I could do! And it burnnned!!
4. Wide hammer grip pulldowns - same as ^^^
5. ss w/ Cable Rhomboid rows
6. Standing Giranda lateral raises - I actually really liked these! Another new feeling. Because you are doing both arms at a time you end up double your reps. I only counted reps per arm lateral to me. And did 16 reps per arm. So 32 total reps per set!! Brutalz!!
7. Underhand grip seated cable rows - back was burning!!
8. Cable straight arm pullovers - not sure if Im doing this right/wrong but I felt this a lot in my triceps :think:
9. Rack shrugs - just maintenance work here. Curious - does anyone use alternate grip for this exercise?
10. And did two 30 rep sets on cable lateral raises

I unfortunately didnt get to take that pic above until about 2 hrs post w/o. So I didnt get to capture my hellacious pump! There is still a little something there tho :006:

Metroba just wondering has the pump diminished or gotten better or is it even from when you first started? I know you've been happy with pumps just wonder on the changes. thanks
 
I dont quite understand what you are asking..are you asking if I loose the pump after my workout is over and it doesnt come back until I workout again?

If so, no, I dont loose the pump. The pump I was referring to above is the hellacious after pump when you finish a workout. No way you are going to hold onto all that blood in your muscles. But I do fuller and harder throught the day following my workout and even into most of the next day. My gf commented that muscles are feeling like rock! Was a great thing to hear!

Yes that answers part of my question my other question was was the pump you got when you first started the glyco gone down now that you have been on it awhile or do you still get just as pumped?

GREAT! that's what I was hoping I'm going into PCT shortly and was looking for something to keep the pump i gen when i'm "on". this looks like a great off cycle product and especially one I can eat on.
 
This was one one of the things Dr D really worked on with this formula.

He kept stressing to me the importance to make a product which would not lose it's 'pump' ability after a person had been taking Glycobol a few weeks.

We realized we wanted Glycobol to actually INCREASE the pump as the weeks of use went on.

By all accounts it looks like he succeeded in doing exactly that
 
I would agree with that, as people are now commenting that I looked more "Pumped" so to say. That mood lift is also nice.

I do the cable straight arm pullovers, and I do get somethign in my tris each time, it's unavoidable. I try to keep me arms bent ever so slightly to try stop it, helps a bit. I like doing it on a decline bench with a barbell, really puts you on the stretch. With a cable is wicked, but I make sure someone can spot me then if I'm going heavy.

Sometimes, I use alternating grips, just depends on how heavy it is. I try to avoid straps, only time I use them is for reps of like 1-3 range. For me, once I go past 405 for long, I have to alternate my grip since it starts to fail.

Ive been striving after a star for months, i get one, and then its gone, it made me want to quit, it was a very tough decision to continue to post here as i feel i was let down, i was bribed to strive after a star that then stops shining, thankfully you saved me by offering me the chance to log SMASHED, now i have a new goal, to get SMASHED.

Re: The alternate grip rack shrugs: although it helps the grip strength, I find it doesn't target my traps as well.

Good call on the intermediate pics; definitely learner than myself. Got to get my log rolling, already on Day 4 lol. MS Word is getting lengthy :lol:

We were talking about popping some Glycobol fasted before bed for GH release. Here's how Dr. D suggests best going about this (I knew I had left out some info, but couldn't remember what):

There are many ways to boost GH naturally. Deep sleep + low blood sugar + hyperaminoacidemia is a consistent, cheap and simple way to do this.

- Stop eating carbs at least 2hrs before bed
- Take 1-2 gbols
- Take a scoop of EAA or BCAA or protein powder, or some Mucuna (l-dopa), or an arginine based stack, or whatever you normally use to promote GH levels.

It's that simple. You'll start noticing what I mean pretty quickly.
 
Not to thread hijack here, but it stacks crazy well with MST's Somnidren Gh/ZMK. For good measure, you can throw in AMS's Nocturnabol. I've been getting some of the best sleep in forever and leaning out a bit as well. I'm also using ON's Vassive-X, but after this, I'm going to go back to using arginine and ornithine.
 
Word I'll have to try it out with some 1-c pre bed.
 
Forgot my Gbol at home yesterday and didnt dose all day but I did do a 2 cap nice dose with 1 scoop LG sciences Lipotropic protein. They mailed me a free tub for the February AM Body competition. Finally came!! Now I know when I get a good GH boost at night I end up waking up early or waking up same time just fully rested. I woke up after 6 hrs sleep (2 hrs less than usual) AND fully rested!! So I definitely saw something good of this!

I got the best pump today in a realllllly long time!! Im looking hella pumped everywhere!! I think I look the best right that Ive looked in a while. Im excited knowing that Im only halfway-ish through this bottle. Although I did up the dose to 6 caps/day 3 days ago (minus yesterday). So things are gonna be REALLY taking off now!

The w/o -
1. Adduction ss w/hip stretches
2. Ez bar on back lunges across the gym
3. Medium incline wrist pronated db flys - Mullet gave me the idea to try these and I really liked the feel of this!! Im loving these new exercises!
4. Wide Incline Iso press
5. Medium incline cable flys
6. Overhead rope tricep ext. ss w/ 1 arm hammer preachers
7. Db overhead ext. ss w/ Reverse ez bar curls
8. DC chest stretches 30s for 100 seconds. This is 10 seconds more than the other day. My hands were going numb and I dont think thats good. So I will keep it at 90-95 seconds and move up 5-10 secs a week or so.
 
Sounds like you found the sweet spot on the Glyco Met. Let's see where it goes!! The DC stretch is usually for 90 seconds, no more.
 
ahh. So if 30s feel too easy you think its time to bump to 35's. Or should I just be sticking with the 30s for a while?
 
If the 30's are easy for the 90 seconds....bump it up.
