Pct day 3

Weight 166.5 (+2)

Very light but good workout. Concentrated on low intensity cardio for about 300 cals burned. I did all machine work for my lifts.

Chest press
Incline chest press
Pectoral
Shoulder press
Smith shrugs

Never went above 70 on resistance and never felt burnt out. I've decided to do this workout then bis/back tomorrow and legs/tris Thursday off Friday and back to full on Saturday. That will be 6 or 7 days of deload being I had last two days off. I'm feeling amazing and think I will be able to hold into these gains for sure! We shall see.
 
Just ordered abliderate advanced and will start when it arrives. Anyone following have experience with hgh pro? Should I add that to the line up I have a bottle.

I never really took to HGHPro but I don't so well with products like this usually G8 is an exception ...
 
Not sure if I'm going to continue the deload, feeling pretty good after four days into it and anxious to kill it again. Hmmm.. Maybe take one more day rest and get back at it Friday...

Continued the deload today and man was it hard. I just kept on wanting to lift heavy!

Lat pull down (in front and behind neck)
Cable curl
Reverse cable curl
Low row
upper back pull back machine

25 mins of incline speed walk for 305 cals

15 mins of light ab work

I do agree and I think I'm ready to see where I'm at as far as strength goes. I'm looking and feeling amazing right now, it actually surprised me how well my body is handling this transition. Been out in the sun a lot and the tan is really starting to show my definition more. Don't seem to be losing any weight which is telling me I didn't have very much of the "Unnecessary" bloat that I usually get from cycling. We shall see if the pics still look epic come Sunday! ;-)

Strength felt pretty good for the first pct training that I went full on. Thinking things may go pretty smoothly. I was missing that pump that you get while "on" but I didn't let it get to me. I think most of my numbers either matched or broke my last workouts numbers. Was too lazy to check. Feeling pretty alpha! ;-)

Yea I think a few of the lifts were up on reps, definitely felt good man. I was unsure if it would be this way being the pct but things are looking good and my energy and strength felt good! Let's just hope the final pics show little change from last weeks.

Nice work LTL! HGHPro is damn good stuff would be great in PCT. Take 4 caps at night before bed and enjoy. Good recovery excellent sleep and increased libido.

You can expect some pretty amazing sleep tonight. That and G8 are pretty much go to choices for me to help sleep or get some GH flowing. I love G8 but I MUST have several hours to sleep on it. With HGHPro I am not groggy if I only sleep a short time so just depends on how much time I have to sleep.

Thanks for the feedback as always bro! Did you notice any strength gains on it? I'm really feeling dialed in and ready to take my strength to a new level! Going to lean bulk the rest of the summer to try and maintain the ab definition and then during fall it's on with a little harsher bulk. Ready to train for strength and mass to come back bigger for our next competition! This really has been an amazing experience and everyone brought good attitudes to it. Like a bunch of buddies pushing each other for greatness!

Hell ya guys! After carbing up I feel like I'm going bust out of my shirt! Definitely think going back 100 on my lifts was what was needed. It was nice for my muscles to relax for a few days after that long cycle but man they were hungry!!!

Alright a few notes to add to this log. Not sure if its the intimidate and HGH pro as of last night that is doing it but I'm having crazy a$$ dreams. I mean long and crazy dreams. Sleeping like a rock too but waking up feeling I could use a little more. Yesterdays workout has me really sore which is both a positive and negative. I honestly didn't get very sore the whole time I was "on" which is typical for me even though I was KILLING it every day. I'm about to go in and murder my back though.

Received the abliderate advanced today and just applied it to my "core". Anyone that has used it can help me here, how many times should you apply it daily? It also says apply after a shower but I don't want to smell like an orange peel all damn day lol!

Absolutely murdered the weights today, from the moment I hit my first set I was like a lion out of the cage! I don't remember going up on this many lifts since my first sdrol run! I've carbed up big time the last few days and it showed. I haven't lost much ab definition but definitely gained size. I do think the 4 day "deload" helped a lot because I felt real fresh today for back. I'm dead set on increasing strength right now and nothing is going to stop me! Still feeling shutdown if you know what I mean. ;-), But you wouldn't even think it with the way I hit the gym today. I needed this session! Let's do this!

Nice work in pct so far brother! Usually I have a good first week of PCT as trace amounts of hormones are still in your body. The 2nd and 3rd weeks are usually the biggest test. If you keep doing like you have, you will be good to go though I have no doubt. You have come a very long way in a very short amount of time and for that you should stand proud :)

I agree with that week 2 and 3 thing for sure bro! I think a lot of the products that I'm using should start to shine then too though so we shall see! Thanks for the kind words! I think this last few months has been life changing, it sucks to feel like you are going the wrong way with training. AKA I was getting focking fat! Then come back and in the matter of three months completely change my look! Just trying to be mini RR. ;-)

Yes and let me remind you this was after a weekend of alcohol binging and a week of carb loading! I think my body may have changed the way it works in the last three months! :-)

I got you man! Make sure like Rick said you're paying close attention to your body in Weeks 2 & 3 just in case you have to take the intensity down a bit. Keep it up almost a week of pct down bro

Having these gym days make everything else so much better! Work has been great, mood is amazing! Really looking forward to this purus run that I have coming soon too, it will work perfectly to keep fat off as I continue to lean bulk. As mentioned before I may try a sarm run after and then I may join the dark side of the force. ;-). Things will continue to get interesting that's for sure!

Don't think I will be going in to workout today. Probably taking a much needed rest day. Woke up very sore, from my head to my toes. lol Definitely a wake up call that I'm no longer on anabolics for sure! Feels good though because the pain was well deserved as I absolutely crushed the weights the last couple days. I want to do chest tomorrow and hopefully take some pics so today's rest will be perfect to prepare for a killer workout tomorrow. I had an awesome chest day if last time if you guys recall and hope I can pick up where I left off. :-)

Just picked up the last slinshot from Nutra and also scored a bottle of agmatine to add to this pct so the pumps should be pretty good.
