Low dose cycle, peptides. Lets see the results.

an hour pre workout helps with burning fat and leaning up. post work out helps with muscle building.
 
my diet is sucking this week.... im just keeping high cals in... not clean food... low on money.... so its cheap food right now.... still working out though... ghrp/cjc still preworkout. when I get home next week ill get back on it and tell yall the results. fellas... by the way this test is a pain!!!

no work sent me up to va for an exam.... lol.... I have the trst tomorrow. been here all week... thats why I was in a hotel all week lol....
 
I felt amazing on Tren E, really agressive inner monolog. During PCT I felt like crap. Just started cjc 1295 today and going to add GHRP 6 tonight or tomorrow. I'm looking more for anti aging and repair plus a little fat burning. Looking forward to the better sleep and dreams.

ok fellas... sry for the delay... I was workin hard all two weeks...
I passed my test for work. woot!
I only got three days of working out, out of the eight days I was there.... I ate fast food all week gained three lbs and im sure it was from all the crap I was eating.... but this week I included laviathon diet pill to help hurry and cut back down to my 8%...
back on track with things sry for the hickup fellas
 
Yeah well if u get a raise u should buy some Gh, if it's a big raise u could buy me some too
 
I can't wait till I graduate, I've been on an ambulance for 4 years. The pay is crap, once I graduate I will start out getting 3x the pay I get now. Then I will buy strippers and cocain, and well u know where this is going
 
I sold my Harley and most of my guns to pay for school last year. I'm a senior so as soon as I get hired on, I'm buy guns and bikes
 
well fellas my strength is still here... im 180 and holding my weight well... even keeping my waiste slim. back is filling out, which was my main focus.... noticed a little gyno from the tren cycle... im pumping some erase and nolva into my system to try to shrink it down. my tits are just looking to fat near the nipples... still getting awsome pumps....
dis deadlifts tonight and failed at 365... close to my bench.... lol.... I gotta work on that.... all my numbers are too close... bench is at 325, squat I rep out six easy on 315.... lol so my legs are primary obviously.... but fellas... I noticed that datb true is right... low dose peptides arent really good for weight loss... but for.skin burstin effects, I would stick to preworkout.... just fyi...

I honestly think the diet matters most. For instance, if you only eat starches after administering the GHRP/GHRH, then you have positive effects of IGF-1 creation. Stay away from starch carbs and move towards fibrous carbs throughout the rest of the day and have high protein and low fat - I think peptides are best for maintaining and especially recomp.
 
100/100 preworkout only. works well, if you can make it through the hunger on ghrp 6. now that im using it preworkout I want ghrp 2 since it is stronger. w/o hunger....
I have been really enjoying the preworkout idea... keeping it slim with my gh diet... and carboxy at night. my recomp after ph's has been balling... my weight has not.moved... strength still up... peptides are a must in my book after any and every cycle...
 
madds go with hex if your only doing it preworkout

Ok, thanks for clearing it up. I was a little confused, may be my own fault since I'm late to the party though.

yeah mod grf 100mcg/ hex 100 mcg. if your only running it prework out, it is the most target specific and will get you the most results. if your running it 3 injections a day, you could do it morning and pre or post workout. but dont do it before bed. it can cause some sleep problems.

eh hex is cool but you become used to it.... ghrp is the best. the hunger isnt bad. I have been able to ignore it
 
if anything I will just be getting ghrp 2... my diet is spot on and im running with it now. nothing but gains now fellas ;)
 
I finally placed my order - ghrp6 and cjc no dac(amongst other things) and will run that for 50 days before swapping for ghrp2. So stoked to finally be combining them, I've only been doing 6 on n off for the last couple months before bed. You're making me confident this will be a smooth pct, thanks. I'm actually excited about going into pct.
 
Yeah they are really nice in pct. really gave me the extra pump I needed

It's not only to help with pct, but also to aid me in work. I spend hours scrubbing hulls and swimming everyday and having better sleep, enhanced recovery and more energy is exactly what I need, plus I'm getting elbow pain and think this should solve that. I'm really looking forward to seeing how low my bf gets too.
 
I haven't been using mine to lower bf but it has done everything else u have mentioned times 10. I feel better mentally and physically.

Gh is said to tell your body to use fat as fuel, but I'm also running clen 5 days on 2 days off, and mt2, both of which burn fat. I am very excited to see what happens.
 
ok fellas ill give measurements tomorrow.... if I can find my freekin tape.... everything has been lost since my ex moved out.... but here is a progress pic.... I weighed myself this morning at 178.... I cant.seem to break the weight..... its crazy... my strength is rediculous though.... im switching up my diet back to 6 meals daily... maybe 8.... I feel like im never going to get my gains I want.... anywho.... did hack squats got two 45 each side... decent weight... failed on 405 on squats.... after doint my squat workout.... deads are 315x6. bench im aorking on tomorrow to see how my chest is doing....
im about to run out.... and since my.girl moved out... im hurting on money... soooo ill be quitting this cycle prob soon fellas.... but hopefully this pic will help.tell the results..

Man stick with the diet. Trust me you can gain weight with this diet. Just sounds like we need to do a little tweaking. Have to make sure you are doing more things right as far as the diet goes.

I dunno I'm kinda having a similar problem, I'm not eating enough to account for my current energy expendinture. My weight keeps dropping - I've lost over 10 lbs in the last month. The thing is I'm eating every chance I get.
 
Also, you don't need joint support supps on gh right? Just wondering if I need to get more or not.

I'm finally on cjc!!!

I don't know if there will be a solution for me, I do 4-6 hours of light cardio 5 days a week, and I sweat a lot in my wet suit. I think I'm screwed.

If they r afraid of gaining fat deposits, tell them to purchase and consume medium chain triglycerides (MCT's) a few times per day ~ maybe 300-400 additional calories. Maybe swap a few grams of starchy carbs with fibrous carbs to be extra cautious. All in all, there is a very specific and tactical way of approaching lean muscle mass and eating everything in sight isn't the approach.

Couple that approach with GHRP/GHRH combo and you get an effective protocol to steady mass gains.

And for the wet suit fella, MCT is also a good answer for him as well. Extra calories that are even more efficient than carbs yet do not get stored as fat.

I've been wanting to get more mct, I've tried them before and they're awesome. Just added em into my shakes and I started gaining weight again. That's a great idea, don't know why I didn't think of that.
 
Interesting. How's that taste?

Honestly I like it. Never really been a big coffee drinker until recently and that is how I have had it since. I usually mix coconut oil, a little heavy whipping cream, and like 10 grams of whey isolate(mocha). So mine usually ends up tasting pretty good even though it is some crap coffee.
 
coconut in coffee sucks lol.... give me my choco protein and milk with some stevia.... nom nom nom nom
 
The mcts I got said it was from coconut but was pretty close to flavorless. I couldn't tell difference from it being in or out of my shakes...
