well fellas my strength is still here... im 180 and holding my weight well... even keeping my waiste slim. back is filling out, which was my main focus.... noticed a little gyno from the tren cycle... im pumping some erase and nolva into my system to try to shrink it down. my tits are just looking to fat near the nipples... still getting awsome pumps....
dis deadlifts tonight and failed at 365... close to my bench.... lol.... I gotta work on that.... all my numbers are too close... bench is at 325, squat I rep out six easy on 315.... lol so my legs are primary obviously.... but fellas... I noticed that datb true is right... low dose peptides arent really good for weight loss... but for.skin burstin effects, I would stick to preworkout.... just fyi...

I have been really enjoying the preworkout idea... keeping it slim with my gh diet... and carboxy at night. my recomp after ph's has been balling...

ok fellas ill give measurements tomorrow.... if I can find my freekin tape.... everything has been lost since my ex moved out.... but here is a progress pic.... I feel like im never going to get my gains I want.... anywho.... did hack squats got two 45 each side... decent weight... failed on 405 on squats.... after doint my squat workout.... deads are 315x6. bench im aorking on tomorrow to see how my chest is doing....
im about to run out.... and since my.girl moved out... im hurting on money... soooo ill be quitting this cycle prob soon fellas.... but hopefully this pic will help.tell the results..

I have friends that actually do 45 min cardio after their workouts everyday and can't figure out why they're not putting on weight. They're afraid of gaining bodyfat.
If it is work, I suggest some weight gainer shakes during work. That's what I ended up doing. I was losing weight for a bit, took a bit to find the balance but all in all, worked well.
Edit: I now see it says wet suite.....I got nothin then lol
If they r afraid of gaining fat deposits, tell them to purchase and consume medium chain triglycerides (MCT's) a few times per day ~ maybe 300-400 additional calories. Maybe swap a few grams of starchy carbs with fibrous carbs to be extra cautious. All in all, there is a very specific and tactical way of approaching lean muscle mass and eating everything in sight isn't the approach.
Couple that approach with GHRP/GHRH combo and you get an effective protocol to steady mass gains.
And for the wet suit fella, MCT is also a good answer for him as well. Extra calories that are even more efficient than carbs yet do not get stored as fat.
