Maybe I misinterpreted the info, but I thought ghrp solo 3x a day was comparable to that figure and the addition of cjc was an even greater amount of gh. But that's what I'm saying there was a list of equivalent exogenous gh numbers that said with cjc at saturation and ghrp at a quarter or a third that the pulse was actually greater than with ghrp at saturation. Wasn't able to verify that though. But I feel great on ghrp without cjc, so I'm getting kinda excited about the idea of throwing cjc in.

With CJC in the picture, all we know is each injection can go upwards of 2iu/day. For realistic assumptions sake, I'd say we could expect a 4-8iu/day effect from the GHRP/GHRH combo - and that number greatly depends on genetics, age and ability of one's pituitary gland to dish out that kind of GH. Either way, I'm doing it because I can feel and see the difference.

That's a valid assumption man. If you see results and no negative sides then may as well. Is it possible to get lab work done to see what the effect is? When would you dose around the test to get the most accurate result? About an hour or 2 before?

yes this is my understanding also.. I understood this before I was booted from dats website lol. and with that manfy units of gh going through. why wouldnt you take this stuff! lol I def would love to get my hans on some.generic hgh. just to compare..... some peopls stack somotrop w/ cjc. dont know the results though.

I dont have a mirror at my work so I cant really see my results.... Its always a surprise when I come back home off the boats. but I train late on these weeks at my docks gym. have back today, and will do some lunge challenge .

lunge challenge _ my goal is to be able to do lunges 200 yrds there and back with 45s. right now im doing 100 yrds. I realized its alot of endurance lol. im recovering from knee injury and they are almost no pain at all unless I twist awkwardly.... I want my legs back so well see!

diet has been high fat and low carbs at work. had home cooked wings today. celery, and carrots. salad last night with grilled chicken and two protein shakes.
still pinning twice a day on peps.... week three on tren... hard as a rock!

workout was ok. I made the mistake of eating chicken breast and half a cucumber.... it took forever to digest. so I justt stuck ro simple lifts. if I was to do lunges I would of hurled lol

not gaining any real weight. def getting bigger in size though. im still 180. ill bust out measurements and getting real close to pct. one more week. cycle has been fun but the whole goal is to try to keep all gains. which I guess would be judged through measurements.
the peptides are supposed to put out insilin which then matures new muscle. so it should be permanent.

Yup, I been stuck at 195 for like a week, but I look bigger too. Pct should be pretty smooth with the peptides.

yeah man it was nothing heavy just chicken grilled and fresh cucumber... sat like a rock!

This has been the case for me as well. I'm eating well, looking much leaner (on day 15 or so now) and strength is still climbing even in PCT but the scale still reads relatively the same.

yeH calories are there.... I wonder what will push past that? is it genetics? if so arent igf and hgh/peptides supposed to change genetics?

well, I don't think so. Consider peptides as reaching the 100% genetic potential rather than actually pressing you passed your genetics. The reason I say that is because no matter how much GHRP/GHRH you pump into your body, the pituitary is only gonna do what the pituitary is able to do. Some people might be able to pump out 10iu's worth of GH per day on peptides while others may only be able to generate 2-3 iu's..

GHRP/GHRH work in an endogenous fashion rather than exogenous. I believe if taken with steroids you could reach size, strength and leanness that your body never would have achieved without it BUT that doesn't mean that your DNA has been "altered". It just means that you've effectively approached that 100% potential of your DNA. For whatever reason, as we age our pituitary starts reducing GH production along with Testosterone, etc etc. So far, TRT has been the obvious answer for most men (and women) who want to be stronger, leaner and have a greater ability to heal muscle and bone injuries as well. I see GH peptides as the solution to GH deficiencies in the near future for this same demographic currently utilizing TRT. Granted, it's just an attempt at living forever but also super healthy like you were at 18. it won't work but in the end it will make us American's freakin huge and strong and confident - even at 60+ ages.

ah I couldnt wait. this is my hobo spaghetti, has everything in it. no pasta yet. just ground beef, 3 lbs worth. zuchini, squash, onion, bellpepper, three whole tomatoes, can of fire roasted tomatoes, can of corn, mushrooms, and ground jimmy dean sausage hott!

ill be eating it without noodles. so I can keep my carbs low. cant wait!!! this stuff makes awsome soup too! :)

Regarding Tren, I'd see what you can do with just different variations of Test and other weaker, but quality androgens like Masteron, EQ, Deca, atc. Personally, my regime is now just Test, Mast and SD.

masteron I have heard very nice things about. I loved how test e made me feel. its been a while since ive ran aas. cant wait to get some... but def a while from now.

Ya my goals 205 cause that's the weight for my height where I'm obese... But ya I'm same, there isn't anyone in my family with any real size or goes to the gym real seriously aside from me, my mom asked me if I was on cycle last time she saw me.

Ya I've heard that too about tren, like flu like sides, but I've also heard the stuff is amazing. Like if you can handle the sides, it'll be your favorite. Doesn't tren e vs tren a make a huge difference?

Ya I'm loving deca test, and I've wanted to get my hands on some masteron, or primo sounds good. I almost ran eq this cycle, buy went with deca after weighing the option.

Yup peptides in pct are a must, for sure. I mean aside from helping maintain, I just felt grrat, which was a first for pct.

sorry fellas I know I know I have been lagging. me and my.gf just broke up. my mind aint all there. but because of all the built up aggression. I got 315 on bench press twice today as doing five sets before and 95 db four times on bench. also 10 sets of ten on wide bench press of just 135. which felt real light after all that weight lol. diet has been off n on im just nautious from the break up... but itll be all good I doing better everyday and pretty soon ill be talking to another chick.

And the better the good times, the worse the bad times are going to be. So much harder a fall when your up high, I lost 10 lbs after my last break up - totally counter productive. I'm sorry to hear that bro. Don't let your appetite go, its like a downward spiral.

ok fellas things are movin. starring a workout and doing two a days on my week off. I am def leaning out. but when me and my girl broke it off I didnt eat as much but since im still on my tren im keeping all strength and muscle lol. I lost weight but im liking how I look lol. I checked my weight after working out today and I was 175 yikes! but I am stronger than ever. people would not guess im 175 right now.... im going to break off the cbl diet for two days to gain some weight back orjust refuel. im sure my body is stressed.... it just hasnt told me yet.

dude naw im tellin yah I didnt eat so basically no I didnt do it right lol. I couldnt get food down my throught for about three days and with my.mstabolism... well body ate so freekin fat cause im anabolic I guess... I dunno. it def sorked to my benefit

I was planning about basicly same cycle only i was wondering about dose. i know that 100 mcg of GHRP/GHRH 2-3x is most common, but for someone who never used either of these peptides would a dose of 100 mcg GHRP(morning) and 100mcg GHRP/GHRH(evening) be sufficent?
or maybe splitting the mod grf and use: 100mcg ghrp-2+50mcgmod grf morning and same dose before bed.
would this make any sense?

ps. is dose of GHRP-2 of 100mcg highest you can take in one shot or it can be bumped to 150-200mcg 2-3x?

Twice a day is sufficient enough. I've been doing this for a few weeks now with great results. You need to do 1mcg/kg of body mass. So if you weigh 70kg, use 70mcg/dose of each peptide. Unless money isn't an issue - in that case go ahead and take 100-200mcg/dose, but the effects are diminishing after the saturation point and may not be worth the extra peptide usage.

Both. For instance, I'm taking:

GHRP-6 @ 75mcg w/
CJC-1295 DAC @ 63.5mcg

I take the GHRP-6 twice a day and the CJC-1295 w/ GHRP in one of those two doses. With that I have seen a steady increase in strength and fat burning but absolutely no loss in muscle mass thus far.

100mcg is in general the saturation point for about 95% of guys training in the gym since that equates to 100kg of total body mass. That's pretty heavy. Only the super heavies would need more to reach the saturation point.

what about water retention on ghrp-2(6) and mod grf?
is it really necessary to cycle peptides every 40-50 days?

ps. which of the ghrps have least chance of water retention?
i am asking this cuz its summertime and as soon as spring goes on my "must be cut and big" alarm goes off :)
if it was winter i wouldnt care less but its beach time :p

Thanx fueled. you explained it well. As always!

Im sorry fellas im back. This breakup has been brutal and took up my whole week... Diet was kinda here and there.... one more week and starting pct. Been running it for a while. But started peps at 3 times daily still at low dose about to finish the first vials....

Pumps are awsome. Forearms are becoming a problem though lol. They will pump so hard there cramping....

Me and my girl broke it off, she cheated on me and it has been messing with my head all week. Im starting to be better. But on a positive note. My bodybuilding buddy richy is taking me under his wing and have been working out with him all week.

Low carbing it this week, trying to keep my fat at 8%. But well see. I love how my abbs look right now. Everything def is working.... Ghrp and cjc is making me have sweats though... wierd....

Preworkout i have been using is just caffiene. Works fine and i have awsome workouts....


Ill post pics, and there ok pics since i dont have my girl here to take the pics now lol
