Thanks SD, I am good. I think I am just being put through the ringer for nothing. It wasn't a bad day getting it all done, so I dont know if the results will show anything. He did crack me up asking what was I doing at 1143 in the morning because my heart rate was 140, and then at 2 it just to 130. But during the night it stayed at 90 something.

I was going to say, knowing how early you and Chris get up Jo, that would be shocking if you did laundry and got a tan AFTER the gym. Should we call you J-Wow now?

Getting up that early makes tossing a load or two in easy. No one needs to be showering at 4 a.m. Tanning the place doesn't open til 8, or I would. We both have to be at work at 830. Laundry... yeah, that is an every other day'r in my house. Stinky gym clothes plus sweat towels for 2, then 2 kids in school who have wear uniforms and then "play clothes" our daughter changes at least a minimum of twice when she gets home... So, things pile up and I hate spending all weekend doing laundry. :P

She tried the NO Ignite today and was pretty amped during the workout. The drinking however was a little rough on her. Will dilute it more next time and let her try it.

Well... as you know I am extremely busy at work with non-forum related stuff, so I might not get around to mailing out the G8 samples until Monday, but so far we have 147 sample requests for G8! That in itself will keep me busy for a while, LoL!

lol. Ok, i'll bite and try it. What's it taste like? I am willing to try anything other than my ambien. If you have manage to stay up through the sleepiness, hallucinations (seeing a circus in the house was a fun time..) BUT WHAT GREAT SEX!! I am so sure you wanted to know that. lol. I am weening myself off my current meds, they are not working anymore. And with all this crap I am going through.. I am willing to try anything. I used to take HGH pro, but that stopped working after a while. And had to start taking the other meds again to cover no sleeping. Insomnia sux butt.

Just as I thought, I GAGGED (insert dirty comment here...)taking the Ignite, but at least I finally did it. Maybe with some more water, I will attempt it again.. But wasn't so bad after it was done.. I found myself jamming to Staind earlier than normal (I gotta admit its a good jam). I was all sorts of awake on the way to the gym, when I normally one-eye it until I hit the gym floor.. I was sooo freaking excited to finally pull on some weight when I woke up. Last Thursday was the last weight day so I had all sorts of aggression/frustration for not getting to life, and was REALLY ready to go.
The man told me to not take the Pro Xanthine on top of the Ignite, but I auto-piloted into taking 1 of the pro xanthine and 2 ALC/CLA. Needless to say, I went to town.
Cardio:
Elliptical for 6 minutes and 15 seconds. Burned a whopping 70 calories. Just to get a small warm up.
Incline:
45x8, 65x8, 70x8>60x8>50x8. (man thinks I did six, but HELL to the NO, you know I am hitting the highest rep if I dont, then I will be all sorts of ticked off);
Hammer Strength Lat Row:
37x8, 57x8, 52x8>47x8>37x8;
Squats:
70x8, 115x8, 145x8>125x8>115x8
Leg Curls:
80x12, 80x12>70x12
we had ran out of time, so did't really get to finish. :(

Agreed. Volume can do a ton to remove lactic acid and speed recovery and healing. Although warriors don't need no stinking healing bc they lack a way to injury. Ha ha.

I know, I just get my mind set on what i am supposed to be doing and when it doesn't happen it agg's me a bit. I didn't to too bad, but still. ;)

I know what you mean. I used to be like that - still are for the most part, but I am working on it, since I know that, even though it will do pretty much anything I push it to, I can't continue to ask more of my body than I should, if you know what I mean. Carry on strong though, Jo! :thumbsup:

So far so good. Not to bad. Britches are a little looser in the waist, tighter in the legs and butt. I do believe I am getting what I want out of it. But the abs are still trying to poke out, but having to take off to do that crap this week, I need to double time it now to get to where I want to be in the ab department. I don't know what I am actually looking for to give ya more detail. Taking the 4 days off sucked so, not so tickled for the progress pics. Gonna try to get them at some point this weekend. I just found out I need to work on Sunday and Saturday is jammed packed again with our daughter & dog crud. So hopefully can get it done.
Who can i file the original petition against just to get your paid? ;)

Cardio day... Took 2 pills of both supps, then took another set of ALC/CLA around 1130.

Today was my personal best. I am quiet tickled over this one.
Did the treadmill, did 3.33 miles and burned 513.9 calories. OH YEAH!! ;)
I did standing abs (I dont know what to call that thing) for bwx30x3 sets
Sitting crunches 10lbx30x3sets (cuz i biotched out, still sore from the Wednesday)
Hopped in the sauna to get some reading time.
Tomorrow is another weight day, and I will break down and try out the NO Ignite just to see the what happens when we have time to do the full work out.

I think I feel like shee-rah the past couple days, or maybe I actually like working out.
STORY TIME: Because I am so shy about my body, I usually wear pants to work. So yesterday, it was date day and I wore an office type skirt to work, which I got did get jacked with quiet a bit from everyone here, even from lil girl... I do usually only wear pants, because I can walk faster in pants, and sit like a guy at times. I don't like people to see me and stare. So as I was leaving the room to go get lil girl ready for school, and I seen that the muscles around my things are starting to have more separation, and then holding onto the door to put my shoes on, I seen I am getting more definition in my arms.. And I learned how to make the muscle move.. So I really feel like these supps are helping with that, and staying committed.
Alright I guess I better pound out some more work. Holler at everyone later.

Excellent workout and excellent story, don't you just Love that! See that is what I'm feeling now and what Chris was feeling when he was leaning out, you surprise yourself, you'll walk past the mirror with your shirt off (us guys) and do a double-take and be like, hey, those cuts weren't there before, then not long later, hey... those veins weren't there before! One of the first things I start to notice is that when I'm doing cardio, I always wipe my sweat with the sleeve of my t-shirt, well I start to notice that... Hey! My bicep is getting hard, no more cushion there when I wipe my face, all these little things showing us every day that what we are doing is totally worth it!!!

Nice!! Amazing how a little dedication and time can provide body changing results!! I remember when I was in high school. I wore a size 46 jeans. I had to shop in the big and tall section though I was only 15.

I then decided the big and tall section basically just meant fat. I didn't wanna be fat. Just a little bit of dieting. Cut the soda out, didn't eat as much crackers, not as much chips. I noticed amazing weight loss in a matter of months. No muscle separation or anything but clothes that I had were beginning to feel like dresses and I could no longer fit ANY of my pants. They were all too big. That had to be the feeling. Putting on my shorts and having them just fall right off. Even though a couple months prior I could barely get into them.
Congratz on keeping it going even though life has tossed you a curve ball. Got right back in it, set a PR, keeping it real!!
 
Yeah guys she looked so friggin hot in that skirt yesterday I had a hard time not being a pig. I feel bad for her bosses. It must be hard for them to be professional with her around. How you say it?

I already have rope veins. To me its nasty. I get annoyed because I see that my hands are starting to look older, but its more that i have leaned out. I mean one of my hands literally has an H on the top. The nurses love me when I come in. They love they can stick me and see the veins pop. lol. Its interesting stuff to see my body change more.

I love like when I realized that as my lower back got tighter it was like getting a butt lift LOL sooo funny. You walk past a mirror and the light is just right and your like DAMN!! is that me?? are those my little fibers in my forearms?? Hahhahaha
I almost laughed myself silly one time when I realized I was flexing and posing in the dressing room mirrors at Charlotte Reusse, and I wasn't in the cubicle! completly forgot about the dress I was trying on.....

Great progress!!!

I commend you for DeadLifting. That is such an important lift to incorporate. Keeping it light is the way to go, but the muscle memory you create is so important to so many other movements and muscle development.

Keep it up and can't wait for the pics!

As you can tell again not happy about taking these. Check the mug shot on the first pic if you don't believe me. Man said the lighting is different but I look leaner. Then we realized last time we opened the blinds. I really was surprised when I saw the muscles in my legs in the one with my arms up facing the camera. Hope no one throws tomatoes...

You are sexy as all get out my love, well not with these Oscar the Grouch faces you make in your progress pics but when you smile. DAYUM!

She has made some progress for sure. I wish we would have opened the blinds like last time, here line down the center is deeper lines on the side where obliques meet the abs is more defined and her arms and legs seem to be both bigger and more defined.
