She tried the NO Ignite today and was pretty amped during the workout. The drinking however was a little rough on her. Will dilute it more next time and let her try it.
Kleen Queen... I'm gonna send you guys two samples of FINAFLEX G8... that way you and Chris can each try one, I know you don't like drinking stuff, but this will help you sleep, your loss if you are not willing to try it!!!
Well... as you know I am extremely busy at work with non-forum related stuff, so I might not get around to mailing out the G8 samples until Monday, but so far we have 147 sample requests for G8! That in itself will keep me busy for a while, LoL!

Just as I thought, I GAGGED (insert dirty comment here...)taking the Ignite, but at least I finally did it. Maybe with some more water, I will attempt it again.. But wasn't so bad after it was done.. I found myself jamming to Staind earlier than normal (I gotta admit its a good jam). I was all sorts of awake on the way to the gym, when I normally one-eye it until I hit the gym floor.. I was sooo freaking excited to finally pull on some weight when I woke up. Last Thursday was the last weight day so I had all sorts of aggression/frustration for not getting to life, and was REALLY ready to go.
The man told me to not take the Pro Xanthine on top of the Ignite, but I auto-piloted into taking 1 of the pro xanthine and 2 ALC/CLA. Needless to say, I went to town.
Cardio:
Elliptical for 6 minutes and 15 seconds. Burned a whopping 70 calories. Just to get a small warm up.
Incline:
45x8, 65x8, 70x8>60x8>50x8. (man thinks I did six, but HELL to the NO, you know I am hitting the highest rep if I dont, then I will be all sorts of ticked off);
Hammer Strength Lat Row:
37x8, 57x8, 52x8>47x8>37x8;
Squats:
70x8, 115x8, 145x8>125x8>115x8
Leg Curls:
80x12, 80x12>70x12

Nothing wrong with lower volume for a session - you did enough sets, whether it was part of the "Warrior Work Out" or not.

So yesterday, it was date day and I wore an office type skirt to work, which I got did get jacked with quiet a bit from everyone here, even from lil girl... I do usually only wear pants, because I can walk faster in pants, and sit like a guy at times. I don't like people to see me and stare. So as I was leaving the room to go get lil girl ready for school, and I seen that the muscles around my things are starting to have more separation, and then holding onto the door to put my shoes on, I seen I am getting more definition in my arms.. And I learned how to make the muscle move.. So I really feel like these supps are helping with that, and staying committed.
Alright I guess I better pound out some more work. Holler at everyone later.

Excellent workout and excellent story, don't you just Love that! See that is what I'm feeling now and what Chris was feeling when he was leaning out, you surprise yourself, you'll walk past the mirror with your shirt off (us guys) and do a double-take and be like, hey, those cuts weren't there before, then not long later, hey... those veins weren't there before! One of the first things I start to notice is that when I'm doing cardio, I always wipe my sweat with the sleeve of my t-shirt, well I start to notice that... Hey! My bicep is getting hard, no more cushion there when I wipe my face, all these little things showing us every day that what we are doing is totally worth it!!!
Nice!! Amazing how a little dedication and time can provide body changing results!! I remember when I was in high school. I wore a size 46 jeans. I had to shop in the big and tall section though I was only 15.
I then decided the big and tall section basically just meant fat. I didn't wanna be fat. Just a little bit of dieting. Cut the soda out, didn't eat as much crackers, not as much chips. I noticed amazing weight loss in a matter of months. No muscle separation or anything but clothes that I had were beginning to feel like dresses and I could no longer fit ANY of my pants. They were all too big. That had to be the feeling. Putting on my shorts and having them just fall right off. Even though a couple months prior I could barely get into them.
Congratz on keeping it going even though life has tossed you a curve ball. Got right back in it, set a PR, keeping it real!!
Yeah guys she looked so friggin hot in that skirt yesterday I had a hard time not being a pig. I feel bad for her bosses. It must be hard for them to be professional with her around. How you say it?

I love like when I realized that as my lower back got tighter it was like getting a butt lift LOL sooo funny. You walk past a mirror and the light is just right and your like DAMN!! is that me?? are those my little fibers in my forearms?? Hahhahaha
I almost laughed myself silly one time when I realized I was flexing and posing in the dressing room mirrors at Charlotte Reusse, and I wasn't in the cubicle! completly forgot about the dress I was trying on.....

Took N.O Ignite (wasn't so bad with a tad more water, but still had issues trying to get it down.) Took 1 pro xanthine and 2 ALC/CLA. I was mind right for the workout, until I was unable to do stuff.
Man took progress pics at the butt crack of dawn this morning. Will try and get those up today. I feel all bloated and feel like I will not show much results. But then again, you are your worst critic..
