I had planned to lift Sunday with my brother Jeff and he wasn't aware of it. So we ended up hanging for a bit then going to have a free meal with our families at a Mexican Buffet. Man I had not been there in so long. We really enjoyed it. Not the most amazing food in the world but it was nice and I am sure the high carb yield helped my metabolic recovery with some extra leptin. I went to take a nap when we got home and never got out of bed other than to kiss the kids good night. I guess I just needed the rest. I do feel better. I will say this I am looking BIG as hell today, and not really spilled over.

Tonight I am going to crush some Chest, Shoulders and Triceps should be lots of fun having glycogen available to me. I think I will do a 4-0-1 tempo on all my lifts tonight and play with TUT a bit.
 
LOL I agree wasn't the best of foods. Probably won't be going back again. hahaha. Just to give y'all an idea it has been a few weeks since I saw Chris and He is looking solid. A ton more defined then what the pics show. They just don't do him justice. As time progresses he is going to be one lean massive beast when all is said in done this year.

It won't happen this year I don't think. But maybe next year assuming health wise I am all good. I will be able to step on stage with him just to say I AM BACK.

Thanks Jeff, I always feel like there is more I see than what shows in the pictures. Vascularity is pretty high today, not crazy but I bet tonight when I lift I will be looking huge and vascular. Today is a low day but a lift day so I get some extra carbs / calories for it being a lift day. Things will be pretty low otherwise.

Macro goal today is 300p, 60f, and 75c. Most of the 75c will basically all be post workout tonight. Getting my fats and protein in early!

Last night I did chest shoulders and triceps in the garage. I stuck with a 4-0-1 tempo on everything. I really pushed the TUT. kenpoengineer here is the lifting weights part!

Tempo for all lifts 4-0-1
Incline Bench - 45x20, 135x12, 155x10, 185x10, 205x8, 225x8
- the last set was a normal rep speed just lifting all others were 4 second negatives. Talk about a pump!

Barbell Up and Over Press 45x20, 65x12, 65x10, BB Military Press Behind Head - 95x15, 95x12 - the negatives on these were just killing me. Shoulders were crazy pumped and I shortened rest periods to about 30 seconds for these.

JM Press - 95x12, 95x12, 95x12, 95x9 - These were extremely strict JM Press, I basically folded my triceps right on up more like a pressing extension. On these I did a good 1-2 second pause in the stretched position. The pump was pretty ridiculous by the end of these between the pause in the stretched position and the 4 second negative I was so full of blood it was hard to bend my arms all the way.

DB Side Raises - 35x12, 35x11, 35x9, 35x8 - I tried something new on these, I retracted everything in my back so I was squeezing it tight like on the bench, pulling my scapula back and shrugging my traps tightly while pulling my shoulder girdle down hard with my lats basically locking my upper back and shoulder girdle down. So the only things that could move were my arms then I did these. From the first rep I felt an amazing contraction because none of the muscle of the back or traps could help raise the weights. It basically completely isolated the medial and rear head of the delts. I am going to use this way again the next time or two if it continues to feel so superior for this movement I will make a video to see if you can see the difference in what I am doing because i can definitely feel it.

So after this workout I was pumped to the max. I looked as wide as a door and my triceps looked like slabs of beef sliding off the back of my arm. I would say it was a good workout.

Man talk about blasting off! I went a couple weeks without one recently and then took a scoop of Prodigy and was on fire at the gym.

I have like 3 diff ones sitting on a shelf in my kitchen. I might just pull out the Jack3d Micro today though. They were making me feel like sht when I started my msten cycle in oct-nov, so I just stopped altogether. Felt more like a hinderance than a boost
 
No use in using them if it feels like that. I don't use one when I workout in the evening. I almost always do in the AM just because it really helps me get moving and keeps me from getting back in bed. LOL You wont change your mind and crawl back in bed after a scoop of a good pre- at least you wont stay there long if you do.

Yeah but if I wanted to have a cup of coffee in the morning I would need to get up even earlier than I do now... I basically wake up take my pre workout stuff go back to the room put on my workout gear and leave for the gym. Would definitely need more time to have coffee and even more to get it to kick in. I could probably be fine without it in the AM but it would be a much slower start to my lift when time is indeed of the essence.
