Okay so for now the plan is to remain static on protein and fats at 300p / 50-55f, while increasing the carb intake 25g every few days... I was at 200 last week so today - Wednesday I will be at 225g of carbs, Thursday-Saturday 250g, and if mirror is forgiving 275g carbs will start on Sunday. It is moderately aggressive increase but not too much so. We shall see how things are going next week but that is the plan for this week.
That's what I need to do as well when I am getting back into regular dieting. I will allow myself one day of free eating possibly then ease the carbs back up.
