Trimming up nicely and getting that V shape. Fast progress! I’ve always wondered, is that a tattoo or scarification on your upper back/neck?
Thanks!
That is awesome because it is actually a tattoo made to look like it was branded in or carved out!!!! It means Fate, the wife and I got them on our backs for one of our anniversary's in place doing the name thing.
Nice job brotha. I can see the difference for sure .
Thanks DJ!

Day 20 - Upper Push - Had a good ART session yesterday, he really worked me good. So good in fact the inflammation from it was actually causing a bit of radiculalgia, I learned a new word.

That just means nerve pain/ weakness and dysfunction due to a pinched nerve. So when i tried to do my pulling stuff I found it was a no go. I was however able to get in some good work on push movements.

Day 22 - Had to come in to work early this morning for a video conference kicking off at 6:30AM. Was planning to go to the gym here at work for lunch however now we have over half of the team out sick so not sure I will make it to the gym. I do have a workout bag here with me so I will plan on trying. I have some things I need to take care of at home tonight so probably won't make it to the gym if I can't get there for lunch which isn't looking too promising with being short-staffed.
I also signed up for a Wellness Plan thing here at work where they track our steps for the next 2 months and give us points that can convert into cash at the end of the year. I have to get in an average of 10900 steps a day every day to get the 100 points which gets me $100.00. I think I normally average around 5000 not including my cardio stuff so that will be an increase in activity. I will also be trying to average 12500-15000 to give myself some padding for lazy or sick days. Remembering to keep my phone on me during cardio is gonna be a trick. I always watch youtube videos on my phone during cardio so will have to take my work phone to track steps...
