First I want to thank @love2liftkat and the rest of the BLR team for picking me to run this sponsored log. There were a lot of worthy applicants and I feel privileged to have been picked for the log.
I will post information about the products in the next post.
I am gonna get down to the nitty gritty. I have gained a lot of weight that I am not happy about while going through some injuries, the holidays as well as bad food decisions and lack of discipline. Some of which were just this past birthday / Superbowl Weekend!
Current Training - I am dealing with a nerve injury / impingement that is making my arm go numb / fall asleep so my training is very instinctive right now. I can only do what I can do on the days I can do it. So I do not have a training program I am following. I get as intense as I can do without triggering nerve discomfort which stems from my neck so many things unfortunately can set it off. So there won't be any direct focus on strength here. Just working to maintain and or get some hypertrophy in the areas I can push hard enough to do so. I am also doing 2-3 cardio sessions a week and additional cardio at the end of resistance sessions if they are cut short due to nerve issues.
Current Nutrition - I am following an Intermittent Fasting Protocol most days and keeping most of my carbs in the evenings. My deficits vary by day eating less on cardio days and more on resistance training days. I tend to call them build and burn days and over the course of the week a averaging about a 500 calorie a day deficit.
Supplementation - Other than my health staples and a pre workout I won't be taking any other supplements so that we can gauge what the products are doing for me.
Current Weight and Composition- as of this morning 220.2

Worthy of note: I just got back from a long weekend away at my cousins celebrating my Birthday and ate and drank pretty liberally. So I am holding a bit of water, and glycogen. I probably gained about a good lb or so of fat back since it is easy for me to gain when pounding calories. I am up from 213.7 last week. So I might drop to about 215 quickly then will have to work for every ounce of loss which is where the products are going to come in.
I started dosing today and have burned 465 calories in the treadmill today as well.
I am going to be running BLR FOLLIDRONE 2.0 and EXOTHERM!!!!
