Oh I can only imagine! I hate bronchitis I get Asthmatic Bronchitis when i get bronchitis it is just a really bad situation and no way I can workout like that. Airways just close right up on me.I am in the exact opposite situation7 down 3 to go for overreaching, today's my last 2 a day but wouldn't you know it ... bronchitis time again. You should have seen me gagging doing a NOS on deads at 5:30 am this morning. Pretty comical

It's not as bad as it used to be, I stopped using antibiotics years ago and I just got better and better at fighting through it. There are times when I just about hurl doing things like deads though. Isolated exercises are nowhere near as taxing on the lungs.
I don't even have bronchitis and deads/squats make me want to hurl!
lol yah that's true at times. I mean I go as hard as I can given the situation, might not be my best effort but it's a serious effort nonetheless.
I've been doing the MI40 workouts and BPak tends to put the heavy lift at the end. Definitely can't move as much weight because you're already shot, but the nausea isn't as bad. And, the results are great!
Results are fuggin amazing. Yesterday hit me in the face though started with 4X21 sldl and then 4 X 8 deads with a NOS set which was really ball busting. Absolutely bad timing for me. I am proud I pushed through too. The second workout was isolation mostly.
Yeah for me if it was just hacking I would be able to go but my bronchial tubes actually inflame and close off just like an asthma attack when I get it. Then they start getting fluid in them and recovering from that takes weeks! It is pretty much the only time I take a antibiotic.
Way to go! I'm glad you made it through. It's funny though; when I start feeling nauseous and start thinking I'd feel better if I puked, I remember how much all these supplements cost and how much money I'd be wasting. That usually helps me keep it down!
Workout was good just a nice push program nothing crazy I put 185 on the bar and did 4 sets AMRAP on bench, 105 on standing shoulder press 4 sets AMRAP, Overhead EZ bar triceps extension 75 4 sets AMRAP and called it a night. Lots of blood flow going on here!

Not a damn thing as of late. Just been studying for my certification. Taking the test in the next 2 weeks.Dude I'm so far behind. What'd I miss In the last week and a half

Wow I thought I had updated in here. I have my test for the NASM CPT tomorrow morning.
Also I have been back at it in the gym for the last two weeks and signed up for a little BF% fat loss contest in one of the FaceBook groups I am in. That has helped me get my Training back in check and even more consistent.
Lifted full body and did cardio on Saturday, then Sunday was rest...
Monday was Chest, Triceps and Abs, I did 26 sets with 1 minute of cardio calisthenics in between each sets when I was "Resting" I was exhausted and am sore from the workout.
Yesterday was Cardio day, I did 50 minutes of hills.
This morning I did Tabatta upon rising and tonight I will lift either legs & shoulders or back and biceps. More than likely it will be back and Biceps then i will do legs tomorrow.
Wish me luck tomorrow. I am pretty confident I have the material down but who knows what might actually be on the test.
I bet a lot of people don't study like you have and even mess with practice tests for that matterThanks everyone. I have been getting 97's and 98's on the practice tests i have been taking so if the real test is anything like these I should do well. However the 50% first attempt fail rate makes me wonder if they set the practice tests up to give you a false sense of security.
